I called their Chesterfield, MI location earlier today (around 1030am) to ask some questions about plans and joining. I spoke with a very unpleasant man who barely let me get a word in edgewise, just kept talking about "you get what you pay for", "call around for best prices", "our plans are way better than anyone elses". I had originally called about the $19.99?/month plan to ask what other fees that would have (found out about the $199 setup fee), and also was trying to ask if there was a month to month plan that did not have any activation/setup fee...well, never got to that point because he talked nonstop and after barely letting me get a word in edgewise, he blurted "You dont sound like your really interested in working out and getting in shape, goto Powerhouse Gym." and he hung up on me. I was really surprised since I always try to keep my conversations courteous (in person, online, and over the phone). I attempted to call right back to speak with a manager, but no one answered the phone. The email on their website did not work also (got an undeliverable message when I tried to email them). In todays world is it too much to ask to have your questions answered in a professional/courteous fashion? With these clowns that is way too much to ask. Im military and was going to refer a few of my friends when I joined, but after this Ill be sure to mention how horrible they are to customers.

Ive been here 2 years in its a great place to work out. Staff is very polite. Its a great place to go if you really want to get in shape.
