Ill start from the beginning. The salesman Larry the owner, the young dude, and all the other staff particularly a chick with an intentionally low cut shirt, are all scammers and will say anything to get your money. Youll walk in and theyll bash every gym in the area. Theyll tell you all of these plans that never will happen like the basketball courts they promised two years ago.... Theyll bring out a calculator to look professional when the show you your payment.. And then theyll add oh you need a card payment down payment and equipment fee payment and so on... Doesnt add up to a good deal at all. Theyre high pressure sales people that dont care about you. Once you get sucked in and join youll catch on to the problems. Half the fans not working... Equipment always out of order, sick bathrooms, Larry yelling at his kid or whoever at 10pm every night to make it look like hes a trainer... Charges being sent to you all the time, the old cleaning dude is the hardest worker there but if you walk in later at night when its dead he will drop his mop and shake his head at you which makes anyone uncomfortable. The radio station is literally the same every day and they wont change it. I think I could tell you the order of every song that comes on. Sometimes they will call if you leave a bad review and theyll tell you if you take it down theyll give you a a deal or something so any good review on here isnt true at all unless the person writing it is a complete fool. Theres so much more I could say like the scales not being accurate the horrible cardio equipment and bench bars, the pull rope, and the smell of subway filling the place in the day time. Ill just leave it at this people. Dont join this gym... Itll seem like the cheapest option for a 24 hour place but Larry doesnt deserve your money. He needs to be shut down or eventually sued before he screw everyone here and moves to a different location like last time. PLEASE DONT JOIN HERE! Ive actually stopped going here with my membership still active thats how bad it is. Im sorry for you if you still join because its literally that bad. Larry thanks for reading this or whatever other member of the staff gets a look but you dont need to respond or concern but just know youre all a bunch of ignorant S.O.B.s! Take care now!

I have posted and reposted on here in hopes that someone at this gym would do something, but now I am posting this to anyone who is even thinking about joining this gym. please dont waste your money, they dont care about their customers. the facility is very dirty and the mens locker room is disgusting and the shower is even worse, the drain is backing up and filling the shower area with water, the shower has not been cleaned in a very long time and with the drain not working properly its even worse than you can imagine. I have been a member there for a long time and its now time for me to leave this place, the gym has never really been clean but the last 6 months since rumors of a new gym opening up next door they have really let it go and do the bare minimum. and trust me when you walk into the mens locker room you will understand what I am saying..... so please dont waste your hard earned money at this gym because they do not care about you and your health, because if they did they would have listened and taken care of this months ago.

Pay with cash. Pay the full year or however long with cash, there are 2 fees every gym charges in a year thats are bs fees that cost about 40 dollars, just say u want the year all.included with the fees and whats it guna cost, usually its a decent price and about 10-15 dollars a month for the year, the old sales repps were complete trash and signed you up for an auto renewal, make sure u do not appy for the auto renewal, the new guy edis is amazing, hell tell you cut and dry what it is, and how its guna work, no bs, if it wasnt for my past experiance with the old workers ide give it a 4, regarding the people, no one cares what you look like or what u lift, everyone there is there to do their own thing and lift weights, also its friendly twards the bigger guys who can lift heavier weights, the downside is theyve been expanding forever now, and the mens lockerroom is not finished

My experience is good! I am a single mom and love the daycare. My son loves playing with the other kids and the staff is understanding when my son is sad I am going to work out with out him. He is two years old, its understandable. Larry likes to give the kids a sucker. Membership renewal is coming up and I am happy to have Joes card when I get the chance to renew here shortly in October. Larry is great too. I remember my credit card had a small issue when initially signing up. Larry let me run to chase and pull the cash. My card never had an issue when I did the six months of personal training. Once I have the extra money to train again, I will ask for Edis again. He really helped my post pregnancy body get back into shape. Right now I enjoy the spin class on Wednesdays and continue the routines Edis gave during our training. I do recommend this gym.

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. My current struggle with this company (National Fitness) is that they will not waive an enhancement fee from my account.. Even though I have moved months ago to well over the desired distance to cancel my membership. They will not cancel your membership until you provide the new address to them verifying youre within a certain distance of any of there facilities, if youre within that distance, you cannot cancel your membership under any circumstances. I would like to get reimbursed my $30 of not going to this facility in well over 6 months. Also, I would like to state, if you dont mind paying upfront for your membership (knowing you will not get reimbursed any of the money) as well as getting feed every 6 months, this is the place to go. The best part of this gym is the imaginary basketball court, upgraded locker rooms, and expansion! The longer you workout here the more equipment you will see disappear. (About 1 every month). They have about 4 employees, Joe, the guy who sits at the counter all day, a couple trainers, and Larry, the only person who works. The owner looks like hes never lifted a weight in his life. The equipment is good when it works and when its there. Mens locker room hasnt been updated since the 70s. Gym gets clean. Members are scummy for the most part. When the AC breaks they put fans up instead of fixing it. Overall scenery of the gym is very dull, dark, and depressing. I give this gym 2/5 stars on a good day. I only workout here because its cheap, and well, its just a gym and gets the job done for getting a good workout in.
