Worst service ever. Last week I used the Carpet scrubber/cleaner on my brand new truck. Afterwards my truck had a horrific odor a cross between a diaper and dog feces. To say the least I was upset. I called the company to inform them that what had happened. They approach the situation very nonchalantly. I asked for the owner or manager to call me asap. He agreed and said he can reimburse me for the cost of service. Three days later I had to call back. I asked for a manager or owner. I spoke with a Bob who seemed very polite. I explained my situation to him and how my now $45,000 truck now has a smell of death. I wasnt asking him to absorb the entire bill or even a portion. I asked if he could do something within his power to help me get this smell out, since the company function is detailing vehicles. He indicated to me that he will make a few calls and talk to someone in the company and get back to me within 24hr. Now its been over a week no call back no refund not even a courtesy call. Now I also had to pay $350 just to remove the smell. Overall Poor Customer Service No Refund No Call Back Product performed opposite results Cost me more $$$$ to use their service

I would give it a 0 if I could. Pulled up, went to the middle self-car wash bay, swiped my card, machine came back saying the card thing wasnt working and that it could only accept coins. Okay, whatever, move to the bay next to it. Swipe my card, screen says authorizing, goes completely black, says 3.16v and nothing else. I try to start using the car wash and the welcome screen comes back up saying I needed to swipe my card again. I again swipe my card, get the same authorization screen, goes black, says 3.16v, I try to use the machine and IT AGAIN DOESNT WORK. Yet I get to log onto my back with TWO 10$ holds on my account!!!!!!!!! So now I have to wait for the holds to fall off or me to dispute them as fraud at bank! Ridiculous and all I wanted was a freaking car wash... will not be back.

For years i have had many times the options on the coin wash are not functioning right...foaming brush wont foam and stays dry...the spot free rinse is just mineraled water that does spot ....the number you call never gets help or a refund...i drive 7 miles to ellet to wash anymore
