This daycare center is a sham! We were pulled in by the need of care for our children when I went back to work last year. We knew that we could not afford to pay daycare for two children and we thought with having our son there previously we could work something out with Cindy. We let her know going back that we could not afford to keep them there. She let us know that we could apply for assistance and once we were approved we could work out everything else. We had a previous balance of 95.00$ From March before I had my second child. We did as she recommended and applied for assistance. We waited for a whole month and repeatedly asked if we should pay what we owed and were told not to because it could mess things up and they may have to pay us back if we over paid. We were denied. The day we found out we were denied is when everything changed. We go to pick up our daughter from there and when we checked her out the bill was 1132.50. We were shocked. We let Cindy again that we could not afford that amount and that we could attempt to make payments. She agreed and we had to pull our daughter out of there. We were then bombarded by phone call after phone call by Cindy asking us to pay and finally threatening us with collections. We are now in collections and will be suing Cindy for harassment. Please do your research and make sure you can afford her. She is not a good Christian woman like she makes herself out to be

My wife and I both work, and we have small (school-age and younger) children. We cannot be at home during the day with our children, but at CREATIVE MINDS LEARNING CENTER, we have the next-best thing. The staff at the center take wonderful care of our children when we cant. If it is a late-start day for our son, or all day for our pre-schooler, we dont have anything to worry about. The staff is well-trained, and has our childrens best interest in mind. I know that the secure site is safe, and the kids will be well taken care of. When I drop them off I can count on the kids receiving faith-based instruction, and education. Sure, there are other daycare providers in the area, but with the flexibility of the staff and management, the monthly "Parents Night Out," and occasional field trips, I know that my children will come home with stories of fun and excitement. I cannot say enough good things about CMLC. If you enrolled your children, you would be able to experience first-hand the wonderful care that I see daily.

My son has been going to the center since he was 3 years old (he is now 5). He loved the previous center-- and when Creative Minds took over in early 2013, I was very hesitant at first. They have since exceeded my expectations in a Day Care and After-School Center. They are very flexible with scheduling and even made special arrangements to pick up my son from school, which is out of their typical zone. My now, 5 month old, attends the school full-time, and I know he is in great hands. I always feel comfortable talking with them about any questions or concerns I may have regarding my boys. They are constantly doing projects (even with the babies). I love that with my 5 month old, there is minimal furniture for them to sit the babies down, they are constantly keeping them busy and working with them on little things (Tummy time, rolling etc.. ). Love the center, love the staff.

My wife and I both work full time and want our children to be looked after in a clean, friendly environment. Creative Minds Learning Center is just that. We especially appreciate their Faith-based curriculum. The staff is fantastic and friendly. They are patient with the children and really help them to learn. Our oldest daughter was still being potty-trained while going here and the staff didnt miss a beat with the rhythm we built up at home. We also like the fact that for the younger children, they keep a daily log that goes home that tracks their feeding and diaper changes; so we feel like even though we arent there, we get that extra piece of mind that they are being taken care of as if they were home. They also give little updates on the logs of their activities and progress throughout the day, which is very much appreciated. We cant imagine our daughters going anywhere else.

This is not a learning center. It is a daycare! They do not have any sort of curriculum for the kids and do not work at all with them. This people are evil and I do not ever recommend taking your children there. On three different occasions employees from this daycare put their hands on my kids, when I ask about it they made sure to get their story straight and then told me my kids were exaggerating situation and they "gently guided" them. They would not let them sit together on the bus and told them, " your dad is not the boss, We are" they would not let them give each other a kiss and hug good bye when being dropped of at their schools. I witnessed an employee cussing with no reguard for the children around her. This is the worst "daycare" I have ever had to deal with. (I have emails and recorded calls to back up everything stated as well)

Unfortunately today was my daughters last day at this center. We moved to Columbus a year ago and until then, she had never been watched by anyone other than blood family. After sending her there for the last year, these wonderful people treated my daughter like one of their own flesh and blood. I never expected to get teary eyed because we had to send her to a center closer to home, but that did in fact happen. These people are wonderful educators and I can say it was the VERY BEST EXPERIENCE for her. She made so many friends and learned so very much that I didnt even know was possible. I wish they had a center in Columbus because thats where she would be going. We love every one of the teachers and will miss them all so very much.

Due to location of home/work (we live in Hebron), we found Creative Minds "The Center by the Airport". The staff have been wonderful to our girls. I went on a Fall event and got to observe the interaction. They exceeded my expectations of a daycare, very sincere (family oriented), concerned staff and they were "on their toes" with many kids on board. I like the schools curriculum and Chrisitan emphasis. They have been very accomodating to our needs as a family, extended hours and transportation to and from school. They also have parents night out once a month, which is nice and stress relieving for a date night. I highly recommend this school for the teachers, their care, the location and family accomodations.

This is the best learning center/daycare we have dealt with. The staff really cares about the children as well as the families. They are all extremely friendly. My youngest has always had an issue leaving mommy and daddy but since he has been going the Creative Minds he looks forward to going. He also wasnt potty trained and in a short time next thing I know he is going like a big boy. We couldnt be more satisfied! I would recommend anyone to this family oriented and caring Learning Center.
