Poor management and mechanical work as well. Went in to get new tires put on and left with two new problems, went back in they sent me away with a still unbalanced car and a sensor light still on after them breaking one and replacing it, went back again where they finally balanced my car properly but couldnt figure out why the light was still on so they told me all my sensors were bad and needed replaced they also told me my battery died and the mechanic had to jump my car. I left and had my battery tested to read completely fine. There is absolutely no skill among anyone that works there from my experience theyre all just guessing. I had heard bad stories about then from friends and didnt listen only to found out the hard way they were true. Id never point anyone in there direction nor will I ever go back.

Ive gotten my tires here twice now, the first time I was as distraught as could be, and they were very helpful, and understanding of my situation. Im very young, so I typically dont get a lot of respect when I go to get my car fixed, but they were very polite and allowed me to save as much time as possible.

This place is out for the $$$ and not helping. After many years of business I went back and bought all four tires and a month later I got a nail in one they would not even work with me and insisted that a new tire be purchased at the normal cost. First time ever dealing with this. Last time for me.

I have taken my cars there since it opened.The new owners only seem to care about meeting quotas. Younger front desk associates on cell phones while talking with customers. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Had tires mounted and balanced when i got them home they had scratched and gouged 3 out of 4 wheels. Worst tire job i have ever had or seen I would not go to them find a better tire shop.
