I had body damage to a Lincoln Navigator and was a self-pay. After having gone to get a couple of quotes and recommendations for the repair, I stopped in to have it looked at here. From the quote to the finished product, this shop and its employees are tops. They did all that they could to keep the costs reasonable for the amount of work done. They took all the time I needed to explain to me what needed to be done to correctly repair the damage-- and they did not cut any corners to compromise the end result. The paint job that was done after the damaged metal was replaced was AS GOOD at a Lincoln factory job. I could not tell the difference at all. My customer rep was Nick and he was amazing. The job was done perfectly, and I got the Navigator back the day it was promised. The cost was very reasonable for the amount of work done, and it was done correctly. I am a physician and somewhat of a perfectionist to my detriment. My expectations were not only met, but they were exceeded by far. Nick was very friendly and talked me through my repairs. After reading the reviews on here I was very concerened and I confronted Nick about them. Nick contacted me every step of the way and kept me updated. He even had people there working on my car over the weekend. He had parts ordered and delivered in 24 hours. My car was done ahead of schedule and I couldnt be happier. Rememember, there can be outside circumstances that keep a car from getting fixed other than the repair shop like insurance companies not doing their job. Geico got out there the next day and that gave Nick the ability to get started. An accident it a traumatic experience and I was grateful for Nick to make the situation as easy as possible for me. Very unhappy. will never use again or refer. do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Only took car here because it was Hyundais authorized repair center. They never called us with any updates, we had to call them. Was supposed to be 11 days or repair, had car for about a month. Sent the car to a different body shop in Clearwater to do the repairs and never told us. Did not do everything they said they would do. When we got the car back in stinks of mildew so they must of left the windows open or something. the back seat and seat belts were damp and stunk. They said they detailed the car, thanks for making the car even worse with this odor. The car is a 2014 so was basically new before this nightmare.

This place has its pros and cons but Mike went out of his way to check my car out and see if it could be claimed under the warranty. From the work I had done from my car accident I would rate them 4 out of 5 because of little problems I have had. But they are more than willing for fix anything for free. The front desk staff, well there is none so when you come in try to make them aware you are there. They do however take there time fixing your vehicle, sometimes thats good so its nice quality work and sometimes its bad when you really need your car and dont think the work should take 2 weeks. Overall I give them 4 stars.

I was very disappointed with them. I was a previous customer and while service was being done to my car my windshield was cracked. First I was told I would be taken care of to not returning my calls. Then I was talked to rude, bascially called a liar, was told that Florida insurance pays for windshields to last but not least my men dont break windshields. I really couldnt believe it when I sent them proof with pictures like they asked that I had right before my vehicle left my residents without my windshield broken. Very sad after years of good service to be treated like mess.

Took my car in for estimate..amazing customer service and price was worked out to allow me to afford out of pocket..when i returned to pick up..i litterally walked right past my car..it had been repainted and detaile so goid it didnt even look like the same car..it lokk like a brand new car again..i was blown away..and fast too. I double checked everything and the attention to detail seems to be their #1 priority. Very happy! Best part about it was the paint matched perfectely..i couldnt tell where they started and where they stopped.

Do not go here if you want your car finished in a timely manner!! They have had my vehicle for over a month now and have pushed back my completion date 3 different times, causing me to have to pay almost $400 out of pocket for a rental car. Staff responsiveness is crap, nobody returns phone calls when they say they will, nobody ever gives updates. So frustrating!
