George the manager is the most professional and friendly person. He truly cares about his customer and wants them to truly be happy. I see why he is the manager George goes out of his way to make sure you are being taking care of and satisfied with the work they do. They did a excellent paint job on my toyota yaris beautiful red . GEORGE is awesome person and I appreciate your kindness and professionalism. Work quality was good but there was glass all over the interior from replacing the windshield. They never tested the car before I picked it up and it broke down 2 miles away. The second time I picked it up it lasted 2 days before braking down. They had it towed back and didnt provide me a rental then took 3 days to send it back to me after giving them a strict deadline for when I needed a vehicle. Aaron would never return my calls or call me back when he said he would. Other than warranty work I will never go back there again or send anyone I know there to have work done.

This site was on Liberty Mutuals approved list so I hoped they would be good, they were great. They gave an estimate, took the car right in, even though it was drivable, and had the work completed in one week which i really needed as I was going on a road trip. Car looks great! They took me right down the street to enterprise car rental, and at the end of the week, enterprise brought be back. Regular updates via text/email too. And a post work survey. They truly care. Very seamless. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience, terrible customer service, overall wouldnt recommend and the only reason my vehicle went there was cause my insurance company. I had to bring my vehicle back THREE times for the A/C, and not to mention my door didnt shut when I got the vehicle back. I was driving down the road and it flew open. Like I said, terrible experience

Very professional and honest. Had a couple dents in our car. Took car to Sun Collision and George recommended dents be removed by outside professional. Arranged for repair and two days later, car repaired with no evidence of damage. Second time I have dealt with Sun Collision. Superb customer service that left me totally satisfied.
