This company does not even deserve one star. They are sneaky and try to mislead their customers. We had a problem with our AC unit and when we called the receptionist, Theresa, told us that we were indeed under warranty. We had provided her with our address and names so she had access to our account information. After setting up an appointment, the technician came and took a look at the unit and told us their was a problem with the coil. Based off of the horrible reviews and testimonies we have heard about this company, we were hesitant to pay the 200 dollar diagnostic fee. As we explained to the technician that we want to make sure the part is under warranty before paying anything, he rudely starting talking about us on the phone as he was standing a foot away!!! We paid the fee anyway, but realized we shouldnt have trusted them. later that day, we called back only to be told that the part is not under warranty and the receptionist never told us that. HE SAID IT WOULD BE $1000 TO FIX!! We were directed to the manager, Dan, who didnt believe us and told us that was the end of the conversation and hung up on us. They do not care about their customers and obviously do not care about their business.They just wanted our money!!! We will pursue them until his problem is resolved but I would not pay them until everything is in writing and the job is done.

My husband and I have a new build. Unfortunately our guest room receives very limited heating and cooling due to an improper installation. The problem could be fixed, although it would involve ripping apart our finished basement. Clearly I do not trust this company to rip apart and put my basement back together when they are unable to hook up a duct to the right intake/output. Would not hire if I had a choice.

Called them 3 or 4 times over a 10-day. asking for a call back about a question I had about my heating system. I did not get a call back. They said they were too busy and didnt have time. Then they added that they were doing a favor by even calling me back I would never do business with a company like that
