I am a landlord and do not have many homes for rent in the Cleveland area. I rent several properties through CMHA and have done so for almost 5 years at this point. I recently received a letter from CMHA stating one of my rental properties has defective paint and that I am responsible for hiring a EPA Certified Renovation firm, searching for a contractor was not so bad I was able to identify Cleveland Lead Contractor fairly quickly they seem to have a solid internet presence. I contacted Cleveland Lead Contractor via phone and was delighted to speak with someone right away, the representative seemed very friendly and knowledgeable, he requested me to send a copy of the violation report and was out at my property doing an initial walk through in less than 24-hours. I received a quote from the contractor shortly after a walk through. The price was very fair, I got another quote from another contractor but he did not even do a walk through so it was difficult for me to even consider him, as he showed no interest in helping me resolve my violation list in a speedy responsive manner. I do understand this is late in the year and I may have been asking for too much but I only had a week lead time and needed someone reliable. Cleveland Lead Contractor was my choice for the work, I sent in a deposit for 50% and they had me scheduled within 48-hours. Cleveland Lead Contractor was professional and very easy to work with, fast communication and quick digital communication is available. I recommend to all fellow landlords in the Cleveland area who get a defective paint violation to choose or at most consider communicating with Cleveland Lead Contractor as these guys did an A+ job, quick, reliable and most importantly superior craftsmanship!!! If you call and ask for a portfolio of recent work, they will gladly facilitate that. These guys came in and took care of all my CMHA Section 8 Violations, which I had, in a timely manner within the necessary deadlines and most importantly executed the work very professionally They provided a Contractor Certification for my property which I was able to provide to Section 8 CMHA, certifying that the work conducted was done by a Lead Safe EPA Certified RRP Renovator/Remodel. Highly Recommend A++

Thanks, fast, responsive and also very good craftsmanship. The workers came in and did a great job, they were very attentive to detail. New siding on house and garage along with new windows throughout, changed one front door. Very professional and not very expensive. -East side homeowner P.S. - Just in time for the government rebate! A++

Got these guys to remodel my rental property in East Cleveland. It was built in 1948, and had lead-based paint. They got rid of the lead paint, and did a great job remodeling. Highly recommended.
