Very rude I rented the movie haunted house and was a little late returning it due to the holiday season and just forgot about it. When I went to take it back the blonde guy was very rude and refused to take it back saying I would have to pay 30 dollars for the movie to be allowed to rent from there again.why the hell would I pay 30 dollars for a movie I can literally buy for 5 dollars in the bargain bin at Wal-Mart! Horrible way to treat a customer of almost 10 years. This location will never get my business again! Although the burkhart location was very friendly to me and happy to have my business. Thank god they treat a customer right! No wonder video rental stores are going out of business when they hire jackass like the one working at this one!

Havent gone to the store for about 3 months now and this is the first time that I had a problem I come in and theres a black employee I do not know her name and Im usually right about 15 to 20 movies because I dont have cable so thats what I do for me and my children to watch movies and she made the comment that oh my God why do you rent so many movies just being obnoxious and disrespectful I am thinking about never going back to this location theyre rude disrespectful and just dont care what they say that hurt peoples feelings
