I just moved here from Columbus a couple of months ago. My husband decided to surprise me with a date night (which is a big deal since we have to drive our kids to Columbus for a sitter) on Friday night. Ive never been to a supercuts before but i called got some pricing (which was different than what i was charged) the lady whom I talked to ensured me that all her stylist was really good, even went as far as saying "i let them do my hair! So on date night day i give them a shot and go.....My haircut was a pinterest inspired cut (cute &simple) and the style i wanted was too...needless to say my hair is HOT MESS! my bangs are suppose to be angled...they look more like a staircase! the style i wanted was to be long loose spiral curl.....nope!!! The conversation in the shop.....WOW!! Thank God my kids wasnt with me.. Cliental had to wait for cuts as stylist tried figuring out the computer to update thier insurance....Oh.....and dont even think about going in 1/2 hour before closing and asking for any color cause they will flat out refuse you despite what corporate says....so says the hot heads who work there!!! Now i wait, wait for my hair to grow out to go get it fixed by PROFESSIONALS....

Went twice to get my hair colored and both times they gave me something completely different than I asked for. The stylist I had valerie, had to ask the other stylist several times how to color my hair and felt like she had never worked on hair before. They also talked bad about a stylist name margie and her "lifestyle" as I will put it nicely. Super unprofessional and uncaring.

Always nice girls, always get a wonderful cut and color.. the manager usually does my familys hair, she has been for almost 3 years now and I will continue to go to her and send others there as well!! These other ratings are crazy, Ive never had a bad experience!! Highly recommend!!!

The Supercuts in Lebanon, OH is where I always go to get my hair colored. I have had a couple different girls do the coloring, and I get lots of compliments on the results. I have never had a bad experience, and the girls definitely know what theyre doing. Would recommend!
