I have been going to Headquarters in Lorain for over 10 years. Danielle is my stylist and she is excellent. She really listens to you about what you want and does an outstanding job meeting your needs and wants!!! She provides hair styles that you can easily manage and one that fits your hair type, facial structure, and personality! Jennifer, one of the receptionist, is also outstanding and caring and goes the extra step to ensure that you always have a great experience. This starts with the scheduling of appointment process and continues throughout your visit . Heather, the manager, is a special ANGEL!! She is beautiful inside and out and truly cares about Headquarters clients. If you have any concerns she will work to fix them. I highly recommend Danielle as your stylist and Headquarters in Lorain for your beauty needs!!

I have been to every stylist there. I have loved every visit. The salon is beautiful and upscale. I have had facials, massages, manicures and pedicures as well. The spa is gorgeous and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They greet you with smiling faces and offer free beverages. I cant wait for my next visit!

Lynne is one of the best stylists I have had. As a very low maintenance person with mildly wavy hair, it is hard to find someone who cuts my hair in a way that still looks great after I am done with just blow drying it, but this is exactly what I get here. The service is overall great and I would recommend the salon to anyone.

I have been to the location in Lorain to see Amy for a facial, massage and pedicures. Shes a wonderful person and does a great job. They do specials on spa services also, so its a great way to try something new.

Got my hair done today by Kaylie. She did an amazing job. She is so talented. She really took her time with me and made sure I was getting the color and cut I wanted. I will definitely be going back to her.

I had my hair highlighted it was a shity job I couldve had done at a walk in chop shop. I had my daughters done too almost $400.00 later. Were both brassy and unhappy! I will never go there again!!!!

Was a horrible experience, burned my scalp, turned hair gray. They only have a hand full of nail color choices . Reception ladies are very nice but that is about it.
