I scheduled and paid ahead of time for a present for my grandmother since I stay out of town. She works hard for other people and never has anything done for herself. So, I gifted her a two part massage and facial as kind of a late Christmas present. Her first attempt she gets there and they tell he oh we tried to call you our massage tech is out sick we need to reschedule. Mind you she doesnt want to do it anyway but she reschedules. Second attempt; she goes in again and they say oh we tried to call you we dont know when our tech will be back and just reach in and hand her my money back. First of all I paid with my card how can they just give her my money back. Second my grandma doesnt ignore or neglect calls shes an old woman most dont do that! My grandma said they were acting funny the toward her the whole time and didnt seem like they wanted to wait on her! They only reinforced her not wanting to step out of her comfort zone! This makes me sick! This shop has a small town attitude and from the jist of things RACIAL ISSUES! Yes my grandma is black!

Someone told me about a stylist named Felix, I had a regular stylist but thought I would test the waters a bit! I am so glad I did, My hair is perfect! I always thought my hair was the problem, but after his cut it styles great! Five stars for Felix*****
