Their prices are cheap because they use cheap products. You get what you pay for! Certain stylists are highly unprofessional in behavior and attitude. I expected to have my hair fixed after a treatment didnt hold and was told that they "didnt know what I had done to it." Not to mention the way she rushed through my treatment because she "had somewhere she needed to go," and wanted to leave early. I was also conveniently informed that they will only fix an issue if the treatment was done in the last 5 days. Policies such as this are not posted! When I went to the salon to show them my hair a different stylist said I wasnt the first person to have this issue! So even though it was a common issue I was denied my hair being repaired! Dont waste your money here, it is worth an extra $5 to do business with someone who stands behind thier work.

I had my hair done my a woman named Jackie. Ive never professionally have my hair done. I paid $75 for an ombre and it turned out orange and there was a huge line in my hair where you can see she didnt fair the colors. I went back the next day to have it fixed. She said she would do a darker brown on top and a dark brown on bottom. The color wasnt spread throughout my hair and now I have spots of blonde where she didnt put color in my hair. She had dye all on my face and ears both times I went in there. I honestly just want a refund so I can go somewhere else. When you go into a hair salan you should come out feeling 10x more confident not even worse then when you went in.

Outstanding haircuts for an unbelievable price. Friendly staff, I have been a loyal customer for years. They also donate hair for children who have lost their hair due to sickness; along with supporting other charity events. Ask for Chuck or Erin!
