Amy L. refused to fix a problem with my highlights and instead talked me down from my upset to have me come back for next scheduled highlight to avoid damaging my hair. Only to learn that the agreed on no charge redo was no longer available since she told me to wait beyond the 7 days which she also failed to mention was the deadline for redo. She did not honor her commitment to me to redo my hair and instead had me pay for her mistake and my own frustration. Nor Does this salon honor their so called referral policy either bring in 3 clients and you get a service for free. Unfortunately for Crystal, and Tony I will be taking my facials and hair needs elsewhere. Poor customer relations for a Co-Owner to not care how she deals with customer complaints.

I went to Salon Estetica after purchasing a groupon for a facial. Upon arrival I was greeted professionally, offered something to drink. I was concerned about getting a facial because I am using RetinA and Facial treatments and waxing is generally not supposed to be done when using these products. My esthetician (Crystal) took me back, reassured me she was familiar with my skin treatment, and gave me an awesome facial. The facial was relaxing and my skin felt so smooth after. After, I asked her to wax my eyebrows and she did a fabulous job!!! Ive had my brows done a million times and 1/2 the time they wax way more off than I like. So I will definitely go back here again!

Please do not go here! Riverview is a bit barren but the drive to a PROFESSIONAL salon will save your hair. Went in for a bleach with petite blonde pixie cut stylist awhile back, left with overprocessed bubblegum! The worst part was they told me this was normal and let me leave paying roughly $200 (plus tip) The integrity of their workers is the integrity your hair will have after you let them touch it. Just DONT.

I was very nervous going in to have my hair cut because a previous stylist (not here) had done a poor job on my hair and left me gun shy. Tony and his niece did an amazing job on my hair and made me feel at ease, the ambiance was very nice. I normally do not enjoy having my hair cut but I was very pleased and relaxed and will definitely be going here from now on. :)

I am very satisfied with my cut and color by Amy. I went in not knowing what I wanted done so we talked it over and she gave me a few options. One thing I appreciated is that I didnt feel like I was being rushed out of the chair for the next client. I will certainly be returning for my next cut and color.

Susan did such a good job for me! Im new to the area and I was nervous about going somewhere new... I showed her a picture of what I want and she executed perfectly! Cute salon and very welcoming. I brought my 4 yr old with me and they were very accommodating. Im very appreciative and I will be back.

Ive been to this salon twice & both times Ive LOVED my cut & color!! First time with Alice & last time with Kelly. Im new to the area & so happy to find an excellent salon right out of the gate. That never happens. Lol Also the entire staff is so nice. Definitely recommend this salon

Went in with hair past my waist. Wanted extreme color, minimal cut. Left with my hair barely past my shoulder blades. Minimal color, maximum cut! Devastating, & heartbreaking! Cost over $200. to learn a Horrible lesson! Owner was cruel, & unprofessional.

I cannot say enough good things about this Salon and Kelly who did wonders with my hair! The customer service is excellent. I highly recommend Salon Estetica and Kelly R. They know how to treat their customers! Very happy!

Haircut, color, manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax, I loved them all!!! They did a wonderful job and the price is very reasonable when you consider it is an Aveda Salon.
