Ive been a Platinum member ever since they put a Ulta in the Chesterfield Plaza. Then I moved to Port Huron, and honestly was excited that Port Huron had a Ulta because they dont have a Sephora,Mac,or Anything else. The sales girls here are so rude, they stalk you and harrass you the whole visit. Bad enough that Ive just been making the commute to Sephora. Id rather drive to Partridge Creek and spend a couple thousand dollars a year there, they have more brands anyway.

Walked around the Fort Gratiot, MI store at least 4 times, looking for a specific lotion brand. Was not greeted, spoken to, or asked if assistance was needed. Fiancé called the store, brand not at this location. Walked out. All without being spoken to, offered help, etc. Complete failure of store employees. Will not return. Horrible customer service, if any at all. Would rate this location zero.

The service is awful. Workers are rude. But some are okay. But most of them never ask if they can help you. I once asked, "do you two work here, I just have a quick question," they replied, "well were not on the clock"

Go in there about twice a week, usually I have no problems but tonight I got accused of stealing, I was very unhappy and I would absolutely never do that! They lady was questioning me like crazy. Very hurt
