Ulta has the best collection of what I need ...but this place had the rudest associate I ever met ..Ive been there on the 11/12/2015 night looking for something...I was looking around ..one of the sale associates was putting some merchandise on the shelves .she asked me without looking at me if I need help ..I said yes ..I am looking for etc etc ..she said what was that ?? I cant hear you !! without looking at me. I walked closer to her and tried to tell her again what I was looking for ..but with the same reaction..she still busy putting the stuff on the shelves ..she just said " I cant hear you" !!! Not looking at me at all..then I said never mind !! She turned to look at me for the first time. .with anger and looked like offended ...she yelled I couldnt hear u. very disappointed

Ulta has always been my go-to. Came to this exact location and was treated with the upmost disrespect. Came in with the intention to buy one specific item about 10 minutes before closing. Was not there to browse or kill any time. Had the item I needed IN HAND, walking to the register. As I am walking over, an employee, I believe it was the manager, came up to me and asked me if she could help me find anything. I told her no, thank you, and she stopped me and told me "you can leave then, the door is right there." Pointing to the door. Are you kidding me? I bought my item and left. Should have just walked out without giving them my money instead. Havent been back since. Will not be back.

Ive been a client of Azriels for a while now and she is fantastic! Not only is she highly capable of covering my very resistant "hot roots" (grey/white), she is an expert at matching overall color and can fix mistakes made by other colorists. She takes care of all my color, cut and styling needs. One of my teenagers goes to her for her cut and style needs. Azriel is not only very professional she is very personable and nice. You cant go wrong with her!

I am writing this review to give recognition to the kindest attendant there, Sandy. She was calm, courteous and very knowledgeable of our job. :) As for the actual store itself, they dont stock much and a lot of their sale items that they claim in their catalog usually arent in stock and it gets frustrating when I wake up early to attend a sale there.

This store is a load of crap. Theyre rude and they lie to their customers. Called about 15 minutes before opening to see if they had the Modern Renaissance, they told me they had 5 in stock! I leave and go early before work and to my surprise when I got there, they havent had any in stock for weeks! I wouldnt recommend going to this store at all.

If you are looking for an amazing hairdresser look no further- every girl here is fantastic at what they do, but I will never see anyone but Brittany! I can sit down In her chair, have her do whatever she wants and it ALWAYS looks amazing. I constantly get compliments! Shes truly skilled at her craft and you should definitely give her a try!

Im writing this review to make you aware that this place doesnt check IDs when using a card or question why a person would use the card 3 times in one visit for large amounts without the employees even questioning the transaction. I think they could use a little training to be able to recognize fraud.
