I purchased a Groupon for this location and went online first thing the morning to view the website. Since it was early and I saw the book online option I decided to do that. MISTAKE!!!! Apparently, it says on their website which has a dark brown background color and black writing that Groupon’s must be scheduled via phone. I selected the wrong day and immediately emailed them to advise that I had scheduled a new appointment for the correct day and time and also wanted to let them know this was for a Groupon. Most places I have used have a location to add a note. Well I received a very what I feel was nasty and unprofessional email back that said, "Hi, it does state on the booking site. Groupon have to call and book through the salon. NOT ON LINE> Thank you" This is verbatim from the email. I felt like they should have been more professional. I was a completely innocent mistake. After receiving this email. I cancelled my Groupon and will not be going there ever!

This place is the worst. I wish I can give less than one star! I came here twice, and both time BIG disappointment! Got charged 300 dollars for change of color like the stylist want it and not like I asked, HORRIBLE. She was in a hurry so lets say that my hair in the end looked frizzy and puffy. After few months I decide to give a chance for haircut, BIG mistake. The guy stylist was so rough and didnt give time for me because of course he was rushing, since my appointment was in the middle of another customer change of color! So, another 70 dollars in the garbage! I left with a big headache for all the pulled hair and again my hair looked frizzy and puffy with a haircut that he wanted it, completely different from what I want it! Ha! Ever again. People stay away.

Back in March, I made an appointment online for a Mani/Pedi at Hello Beautiful Salon of Tampa. The appointment was made one to two weeks before a scheduled event. Shockingly, only three days before the appointment did the Owner contact me to say that it was cancelled and I would not be provided any future services. Such action was done out of hatefulness for my following one of the hair stylists when they left the salon and ventured out on her own. Frankly, IMHO the owner cut off nose in spite of the face to refuse service and the opportunity of generating income. Thankfully Ive been able to find other nail technicians since then regardless of such unprofessionalism and pure rudeness from Hello Beautiful.

Bought a groupon and a day later I called hoping they could accommodate me in such short notice, without a problem they did and I was lucky to meet lauren, let me just say I came here because I had a horrible horrible horrible !!! Job done previously, my hair was close to falling out, but lauren did the impossible and fix it, she recommended a treatment which I did and brought life back to my hair, the place was super clean, not crowed which is great, and the owner was constantly checking in and making sure all the best was giving to my hair, needless to say, I am going back next week for my weekly blow dry, Thank you lauren!

Amber Delgiacco is the red hair Goddess. It took many years to finally find a stylist to stick with. She really knows hair, and red hair, which is more challenging. If a stylist can do red well, they can do it all. She also respects my organic/ingredient expectations, and she doesnt push products on me. Shes cool too, which is nice while at the salon for a few hours. The salon is great too, especially when they give you a glass of wine. She wont know this until she reads it, but if she goes to another salon far away, she will be doing house calls. Here are some pics of having fun with reds and low lights.

This salon is awful. I had a balayage done by Adrian Lampkin in July and he couldnt match the colors and also ruined the texture of my hair. My hair is so dry it had to be cut. He acknowledged that it did not come out correctly and I went back to have him fix it and spent over 2 hours there and he could not fix the color. I was supposed to follow up again and he did not schedule another appointment with me because he was too busy but in reality he was not able to fix the mess he made. Do not let him ruin your hair like he ruined mine. Find someone else to go to!

I just returned from a visit with Family and Friends in Tampa. We had a lovely "Girls" Day which started at Hello Beautiful!!! Experience was fantastic!!! The owner made sure we were all comfortable, relaxed, and enjoying our time from the moment we walked in the door until we left. My hair was cut exactly what I had wanted and even had my nails done. We left feeling amazing!!! I highly recommend a visit when you are in the area!!! I can not wait to return next time I am in town!!! Thank You again Hello Beautiful Staff for the ultimate experience!!!

Got a groupon for a birthday gift and went in for cut and color. I really needed color-my hair was about 4 shades of bad. I was paired up with Adrian. He listened and delivered. He was very patient and let me ramble on about just everything. I love my haircut and the color is exactly what I wanted. I always go into new places with worry but he really put me at ease. Everyone was super friendly- really genuine. Very clean. No pressure. Welcoming surroundings. Highly recommended.

Nail tech was nice. Nail polish spilled over the cuticles a bit and wasnt cleaned up. Also, if buying a Groupon, the one for the shellac mani/pedi only includes one or the other and isnt shellac for both. This was not mentioned on the Groupon and the receptionist waited to tell me until the redeemed button for the Groupon was pressed. Had I known prior, I wouldve just purchased the deluxe mani/pedi because the shellac only last a few days before hopping anyways.

I get my hair done by Adrian and he is absolutely AMAZING!!! he fully understands and listens to what i want done. I have very blonde hair and does such an amazing job. i always feel beautiful and confident when walking out after seeing Adrian. He is so polite and makes the whole experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Adrian to anyone. He is very talented and creative. i will always come back to him.

I love Amber. Im constantly changing my hair color and she has done and awesome job color correcting and always hits the mark with the color. The most recent hair style she did was the best Ive had yet. I was looking for a big change after having my daughter and I needed something more manageable. My hair has never been easier to do. Its perfect! Cant say enough good things about Amber.

Mindy took her time and expertise, giving my hair the "facelift" it very much needed, and I walked out of the salon feeling amazing. If you are looking for a stylist who listens and can apply spirit and creativity to your service, I cant recommend Mindy and Hello Beautiful enough. Thanks for making me feel like a queen for a day!
