The location is convenient since it is right down town. The staff are all friendly and the salon is clean. Most importantly though Cory is amazing! My hair is difficult to manage and Cory found a style that is easy and works for me, so I wont go anywhere else. My daughter wanted some color done and she is constantly stopped and asked about her cut and color (it is stunning). In addition to all this my mother in law drives in from Charlotte every 6 weeks because she has never had anyone do her color as well and she has lived in Phoenix, Atlanta and Charlotte so thats quite a complement for him. I usually dont bother to post reviews but this one is deserved. I was trying to make an apt. and I forgot they were closed Mondays so I googled them and the "write a review " popped up so here you have it. Cant go wrong here.

Didnt get my hair cut there but Im glad. The lady out back smoking a cigarette was very unpleasant. The salon was closing and we never saw a no parking sign but she aggressively let us know we had to move immediately. She was absolutely rude in every sense of the word. Not the welcome Hendersonville should want for visitors! Keep it classy ladies of Salon 104!!!!! We were not angry at all about moving the car. We were disappointed in the attitude and anger the person showed when talking to us. We were pleasant and apologized to her and she kept yelling at us. Maybe she was having a bad day. You should always try to treat people with kindness. It was just sad to see that is how you want your salon represented. Good luck to you.

Salon 104s customer service and skilled stylists are the best in town! I first discovered them when I dashed in around closing time in tears about a butchered impulse haircut & the lovely Suellen set me up with a cute bob that very instant. Since then, every haircut has grown out well. When I once made an appointment for a perm and chickened out in the first ten minutes, they made me feel good about wasting their time. Great atmosphere and staff - cannot recommend enough!

Just moved to town and was referred to Salon 104, specifically to Amber, by a co-worker. I was greeted in a timely friendly manner. The salon was clean, hip yet classy, and just all around had a good vibe about it. Amber was great. She took her time understanding what I wanted and offered her professional opinion. She seemed excited about working with me which is very important to me when choosing a stylist. Definitely looking forward to going back for my next visit.

If you had 10 stars I would give them all to you!!! Salon 104 is the perfect place to get styling, coloring, great hair advice. The products they use are just for your specific needs! We all have different hair styles and textures, but salon 104 knows how to help each one personally! Ive been going their since theyve been open and would never go any where else! I love all those that work in Salon 104! Youre the Best! Thank you for all you do!

I LOVE Salon 104!! Suellen cuts my hair and she is fabulous!! Katrina colors and cuts my friends hair, and it is always gorgeous. I believe that everyone there creates beautiful hair, and the experience is upbeat and fun. Stacy at the front desk always makes happen, whatever you need. I just think its fabulous, all the way around.

Just got a haircut with Callie and FABULOUS is an understatement to describe her. I was going to Asheville to get my haircuts, but Im so happy to have met someone closer to home who knows how to cut curly hair. She rocks and she is a sweet person!
