The lady at the desk told me Id be able to get in, in about an hour. She said they could do highlights as long as they could get you in by 6pm. She put my name on a list and asked for my phone number, which I gave to her. No one ever called. I went in at 5:50pm since I never got a call. The lady who was supposed to do my hair, said something inaudible then went to a back room when I walked in. I told another lady at the desk this time, that I never got a call, to which she replied, "Oh we get everyones phone number, we dont actually call anyone." (Not sure why they get numbers then.) She then went to the back, inferribly to talk to the lady who was supposed to do my hair. She came out and said that the first lady I spoke to made my appointment for 5:30pm and that I could come back tomorrow. I explained to her that Im not able to come back tomorrow, and that the first lady said they could do it as long as people come in by 6pm. Her only reply was a very ingenuine "sorry." Very unprofessional.

Jewel, the hairdresser didnt listen to a single word we said. My son wanted a simple trim on his long hair.. He barely has any hair left after her cut. He hates it and we wont be back.
