I walked in, did not had to make an appointment. The process (wash, cut and get hair done) went about 2 hrs, but I loved the way my hair looks. Maybe I could suggest that they talk to you first about their services and prices before, just so you know in case you want to change thoughts of what you were doing. Overall, service was great! Thank you... Ill be going back soon!

The staff are very friendly but I was not statisfied with my hair results. I came to dye my hair a certain color which was a dark blue color and when she showed me the hair color chart, it was showing on the chart but when my hair was done, it came out fully black showing no color at all. I thought it would at least show in the sun but nothing was shown at all.

This place was awful I had to wait for 2 hours to be call. I got there at 10:30am and left at 4:30pm they dont do appt is a walk in only but they keep calling there "friends" first even though you are there first and the service was it even good. Please dont not go there no customer service at all..
