Dont go. If you are looking for a salon experience, this is not the place. I have given this "salon" so many chances. Every other visit my colorist or stylist has been fired or moved on. Every time I get my hair washed, I actually have to request they remove all the dye or shampoo/conditioner - if you dont, you leave with a giant, gooey, wet spot on the back of your head. You actually have to ask them to not get/leave dye on your ears, face, neck - otherwise, they simply dont care. The girl "drying" my hair this last visit was ridiculous!! First, she doesnt fully wash out the dye, I can feel it burning. Then, she starts trying to brush out my wet hair from the roots (I have really long hair) and besides the pain, I saw her several times removing giant clumps of my hair that she tore out as she was "brushing" it. Next, she proceeds to burn my scalp by leaving the dryer in one spot, burn my eardrum by continually blowing straight into my ear, and then leaving my hair frizzy (I have naturally curly hair) and still damp. A complete waste of money and time, which is really sad because I love Aveda and have been to some amazing salons over the years in different towns. If you are going for a wax, wear crappy clothes because she will COVER you in wax and bruises. This place is a joke of a "salon" and the "manager" is one of the rudest ladies you will run across in customer service - she makes you feel like you are annoying and interrupting her busy day and she says rude things about your hair color or style when you check out. This last visit I left crying, glad I paid money for that experience.

When I walked into this salon, I instantly got a great vibe. I hadnt been to a salon in almost 12 years before having my hair done here, so I was so happy when I found this place. The appointment was so easy to make (I did it online), and I got a couple of confirmation texts and a reminder text the day my appointment was scheduled, so that made things really convenient. The staff were so friendly and offered me coffee, tea, and water as soon as I went inside. I was greeted by my stylist, Cora, right away, and she thoroughly went over how she was going to achieve the look that I wanted and asked about my normal hair-care regimen to determine what would work best for me in my daily life. I wanted something low-maintenance with layers that would grow out nicely, and I got exactly that. She spent an hour and a half on my hair, and when I saw the finished product, I was so happy. The whole experience was so relaxing (who doesnt love having their hair played with?), and Cora did an amazing job. It helped that the atmosphere of the salon was very dark and quiet. For what I got, I was expecting to pay a lot more. For an affordable and chic salon with a staff that DEFINITELY knows what theyre doing, go here. Ill definitely be back!

I have been going there for half a year now and really love their service as well as their hair cutting/dying capabilities. I have been to countless hair salons that have all failed me miserably, to the point at which I just ended up growing out my hair as I had completely given up on getting a decent hair cut. Ronnie fixed that. He always does a wonderful job cutting my hair, and with cuts that are not easy to do. Their hair colorists do a wonderful job as well. I went platinum blond for a while which looked perfect every time. And I recently went to a dark brown, which from blond is not easy to accomplish with even/correct coloring. They did a fantastic job leaving my hair looking great and feeling healthy. I am habitually late person and they have always been friendly and forgiving regarding my lateness (has happened perhaps twice) which is incredibly kind of them as I am sure it has been an inconvenience to them. Late or not, I have never had to wait even a minuet any time I have ever gone. This is a very well run salon. I recommend this place to everyone I know and am glad to endorse them here online. Color done by Stevie, was nervous, as I was visiting from abroad and was hoping for experienced colorist that can work efficiently around LoxBox extensions without touching the scalp. Wow... she absolutely NAILED it... a rare occurrence, as I am highly reactive to the chemicals in the color and it cant touch my scalp. I must say, it took her a while, however, by the time she was done... I LOVED the results so much, that I will get in touch with salon and ask what exactly she used and what technique, so I can let my stylist know back in Abu Dhabi. Mind you, my stylist back home is a very experienced master stylist and instructor/extension specialist from London, but ... pssst dont ever tell her, I liked Stevies color job better .such a natural look and a perfect blend with the Lox.. ..also LOVED the blow out!!! 5 Stars for Stevie!!!! Thank You!!!! (I have to say that initially upon arrival there was a miscommunication between front desk personnel and myself, leading me to be quite inconvenienced and delayed by almost an hour, ...not the stylists fault!!!... I almost walked out and canceled, but I HAD to get this done, so Stevie saved the day)

I was greeted by a few stylists who were at the front, where one of them checked me in and offered me something to drink. The salon was clean and displayed a ton of products around the walls. I arrived after work and almost every chair was full. I waited for 2 minutes and my stylist, Adiel, introduced himself to me. He was the most educational stylist Ive ever met. He told me about a few techniques he would use to remove some weight from my thick hair, without losing the length. He was precise with his work and talked me through everything he was doing. Im definitely referring this place to others since you can mention my name and we each get $20 off a service!

Never been there when I booked an appointment online thru their website which states their is an opening at 1:00 pm .. i called to just inquiry about a service whoever answer the phone notifies me that the stylist cannot cut my hair because I am a new customer and he needs 15 minutes of consultation just to trim my hair and he only has an hour opening what happen here is this way to promote your business... might be a great salon but then they should not put themselves available ... too bad I had this experience with just making a phone call

My experience at Level was my worst salon encounter in my life. I have dark brown hair and asked them to color my roots. Two different stylists, Callie and Ashley, both attempted to color my hair. They both failed at lifting it. And I left with the same color roots I walked in with. When I reported this to Tammie, the owner, she did not ask to see my hair. Instead she told me that I should find another salon. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Tammies unqualified stylists.
