Ahórrate un mal rato y busca otro salón. Puede que la primera ves estés de buenas y no te quemen el pelo, pero eventualmente va a llegar el momento en que van a estar tan ocupados recibiendo a cualquier persona que entra sin cita que te van a descuidar y te van a dejar el tinte por tanto tiempo que te van a quemar el pelo completo. Esta gente a pesar que les advertí que ya llevaba más de una hora con el bleach en mi pelo (la pareja de esposos que son los únicos que trabajan en el salón) , el se aseguró de terminar primero con una persona que acababa de entrar sin cita y la señora en ves de removerme el tinte decidió que se iba a hacer las uñas de los pies. Créanme que el servicio es pésimo. Lo peor de todo es que igual me cobro el dinero y me quiso cobrar por tratamiento para que me hiciera en la casa con la excusa que eso me iba a servir mucho. Pero como cree esta señora que el pelo que se me esta callendo en pedazos me va a crecer en dos días??? Obviamente no les importó lo sucedido. No tomaron ninguna responsabilidad. Ahora solo me queda poner este mal review y ojalá otra gente no pase por lo mismo. Como nota final, los tratamientos de pelo que te venden por el doble de precio, los puedes comprar en Amazon sin necesidad de ninguna licencia. Son un fraude. Lo peor es que no les interesa.

Totalmente un fraude! Esta gente son una falsa, soy testigo de cómo le han dañado el cabello a mi amiga, dejándole el tinte más tiempo de lo debido, aún así mi amiga diciéndole que se pasó la hora de remover el tinte... lo peor es que no tomaron responsabilidad alguna por lo sucedido, no tienen ningun profesionalismo. Más les importo el dinero que el cabello y la salud de mi amiga ese error pudo hasta causarle quemaduras en el cráneo de ella! para colmo le cobraron el dinero completo por un trabajo mal echo... por favor amigas que me leen no le entrenguen su cabello a una gente como está que no toman responsabilidades alguna con su propios clientes.

I would not recommend this salon. I came here recommended by a friend . I came in with hair to the middle of my back and asked for just the tips cut and layers. The hairstylist did layers all right! And they cam out all uneven!!!! The right was longer then the left!! The layers were completely wrong. And she cut 3 inches off!!!! I came back the next day and the stylist said she cut it according to how my hair was parted! And cut it sideways. She was gling to fix it but wanted to cut another inch off!! I didnt ask for that! I told her I wanted her to fix it but to not cut another inch off or give me my money back and she very rudely said,ok you dont want to pay Ill give you your money back walked way from me as I was speaking to her and started another conversation with someone else and came back with money and didnt apologize for an unhappy cut, she just ignored me and went on and carried on with her conversation. Very unhappy with this.

Just find yourself another hair stylist. They fried my hair! They Completely neglected me, so they can tend to another person who was a walk in, and the lady that was doing my hair decided that doing her toe nails was more important even though I was standing up letting them know that the bleach had been in my head for over an hour. They are careless and are in for the money. Seeing my hair falling in pieces was so traumatic and brought tears to my eyes. Their only suggestion was to sell me a product that I later found out you can buy at Amazon without a license, and on top of that, they tried to sell it for double the price. Total scam. Im left with chopped, fried, dry, damage hair that will take years to grow back. Please avoid a very upsetting embarrassing situation and find yourself another hair salon. Im sure anybody is better than these people.

When I think of a salon I like to think of being relaxed and getting taken care of when I walk into a door. At my experience I had there it wasnt anything like I had to wait longer the normal in between services. The staff there wasnt as kind as I expected. When looking for a salon I would probably look else where. Unless you like wait and not getting taken care of the way you expect when walking into a salon.

Well experience, very friendly , coming here for 5 years and i bring My family and friends here and my son doesnt allow anyone else to cut his hair Except Ceci, and they had a stunning fun party for all thier customers for thier 10th Year anniversary!!
