I was completely satisfied with the hair styling services Ive received from Krissy . What took me by surprise today were the prices being charged for their Redken products. I bought the shampoo, conditioner, and 4 of the other products Krissy had used on my hair last month, because I really loved the way my hair afterwards. I thought my total was a bit steep, so when I got home I did some price checking, and found that I had paid $33.00. more than what I would have paid by purchasing them from several other merchants. (For the very same products!) I tried to return them to the salon soon afterwards, but the person in charge refused to accept them back, despite there being no statement regarding a "No return policy," either on my receipt, or at the product display case . Finally she relented somewhat, taking back 3 of the 6 products I purchased, thus leaving me with only a $15 overcharge had I bought my desired Redken products elsewhere. I highly recommend Krissy for any of your hair services, but suggest you might wish to consider purchasing your Redken products from another, unless your wanting to pay these much higher prices simply for the convenience of getting them right then and there.

These girls are angels. I had my first experience there yesterday and I was beyond happy with their services. Friendly, well staffed, and easy to talk to. Vanessa is a saint with scissors! She turned my mop of hair into an adoreable cut that already has strangers giving me compliments. 10/10 would recommend! I will definitely be returning! Thanks girls!
