I have very unruly frizzy hair. I got a relaxer a few years back and it distroyed my hair. I first came to Jennifer McGraw at Artistic Cutters, Greenville Sc, just looking for some highlights and a nice trim(which she did AWESOME on). During our conversation I mentioned how annoyed I am with my frizz. She asked me if I have heard of the new treatment called Kertain Treatment, which I hadnt. Im not sure if I can get all the details correct but it removes like 99% of frizz and and curl. Its not damanging at all, it actually helps the condition of your hair! She had two different strengths, one that would remove most of curl and frizz and one that would just remove 70% of curl and frizz. I chose the one that removes most(I hate spending all that time flat ironing). I LOOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE the results! Its hard to even describe. If I didnt see it myself I would not believe a product could do this! My hair is so straight, silky, smooth, and most of al HEALTHY!!!! This is amazing to me. So easy and quick to style my hair. I even got a free shampoo and conditioner with my treatment! I am most excited about the Kertain Treatment but she also highlighted my hair, and I love them too! No Brassy yellow highlights, just the right color! My cut is awesome, she cut my hair dry which was new for me, but its great too! I have nothing but great things to say about her! Very sweet and open. She made me feel like I was apart of her family or she knew me for years in the first appt. I have a feeling she doesnt meet too many strangers! SHE IS A MUST!!! I will never let another person touch my hair! WORTH EVERY PENNY

TORI at ARTISTIC CUTTERS is excellent!! Ive been going to her for almost two years now and she is not only really good at what she does, but she genuinely cares about her clients satisfaction with her service. I go to Tori primarily for highlights and she does an excellent job. I am very very picky when it comes to my hair color because I prefer a natural look. My natural color is medium-dark ash blonde so I am fortunate that she is able to highlight my hair successfully with color instead of bleach. Some stylists dont like to highlight with color, but I am SO grateful that Tori is experienced & knowledgeable enough about color that she really knows what she is doing. I appreciate Tori so very much because she is the type of stylist that lets you, or encourages you, to have input about your desired hair color. She knows what she is doing, so she certainly doesnt need my input, but as I said, I am kind of high maintenance about my hair color looking natural so it means SO much to me that she asks for my input & feedback. I cant say enough great things about Tori as a hair stylist. If you are seeking a professional & experienced stylist who really knows what she is doing & who you can trust, Tori is it! Ive been going to Jennifer McGraw for awhile now, and I love her. I first started with her at Bang Salon. I followed her to Artistic cutters and I love Artistic Cutters! I didnt even know it was there until she moved there. I by far feel this is the best salon in Greenville, sc! She has her own room, so I can feel free to talk about whatever I want. Its a very clean professional place. Its so relaxing there and Jennifer always does such a great job! At first I thought I was a lost cause when met her, but she made my hair look so good. First she showed me colors and told me what she thought would compliment me. Then we talked about the haircut, my habits, and what would look/work best. After she was done, she showed me some different ways to style my hair and some products to maintain my hair. Now I just go in and tell her to do whatever and I always leave feeling and looking like a movie star!

The worst place on earth. DO NOT GO TO BRIGGETTE LEE. She is not a bad hair dresser, but she lied about knowing what she was doing with my hair. I have naturally curly hair and I went to get the consulation on straightening first. She said that she had 7 yrs of experience and my hairs will be pin straight and I will not need to use a blow dryer or anything after the treatment. So I decided to go ahead with it and even convinced my mom to do it. At the end, I ended up paying $750.00 for both. Three days later when I washed my hair, they were extremely curly. Even my moms hairs were curly. So, I went to get my money back and she would not refund me the full amount. I decided to leave only with full amount. She refused and offere only 350 back. I denied and they kicked me out. Take home lesson, do not trust what they say when it involves this much money. So, now I have curly hair and no money back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to get my hair dyed in a subtle ombre style. They set me up with Madison, saying she was the best at this look and had already done several this season. She even said herself that she couldnt stand it when ombres didnt have any proper blending. I showed her a picture three times exactly what I wanted. First of all, she put the heater on way too high and burned my scalp. When she took my hair out of the foil it was a brassy ugly yellow blonde that I did not ask for. I asked her to tone it down 2 more times, which she was unable to fix. I left with half blonde hair and half dark brown, no transition whatsoever. I was very unhappy with the look and called back to get a refund or even some of my money back. Madison did not even have the professional decency to call me back. NEVER GO HERE if you want an ombre done! Go to some real professionals elsewhere.
