I needed a new roof. My last one was put on by Runyon and Sons many years ago. Some of my neighbors just had their roofs replaced and I got a lot of advice and a few horror stories. I called my friends at Runyon. Over the years they had replaced my gutters, cleaned my roof and added insulation. I was always pleased and really trusted their work. When I called about my roof, Doug came out. I can tell l you the hardest part of getting a Runyon roof is picking out the color. The day came for the tear off. They sent their A crew, or at least I think so. Nine guys showed up on time and ready to work. There was Antonio, Manny, Cristian, Alejaundro, Carlos, Carlos Ruiz, Drego, Efren, Jose P and Carlos J. The project manager was Mario, who came out daily to check on the progress snd answer any questions. They worked hard, each one knowing their job. They made sure my landscaping and windows were protected. Every night everything was cleaned up and put away neatly. I cant say enough about Runyon and Sons and the guys that work for them. They have earned and certainly deserve the title "Best of the Best."

Mario Juarez, Jr. the Project Supervisor was very pleasant and professional and very informative of every aspect of the project. Professional, honest and thorough. Not the cheapest but when compared to other reputable roofers they are not much different. When considering how they work to explain the job and show you everything they plan to do upfront, piece of mind with the quality of the roof makes up for any price difference. If the price is within your budget, I highly recommend them.

I could not have received better service than they provided on their trip. Not only did they come out on a Saturday morning, but the guys quickly determined my issue to be a vent pipe coupling and recommended a plumber rather than perform any unnecessary work on my roof. Very refreshing to feel like a company really is looking out for your best interest.

Im very pleased with the customer service I received from Runyon & Sons. The crew was very organized and completed the work quickly. Had skylight removed from a vaulted ceiling and you cant even tell the roof was patched. Would recommend to anyone!
