Royalty Roofing was an excellent company to work with! The company was there for the entire process from meeting with the insurance adjuster to checking in for complete customer satisfaction! They helped us get more than we anticipated from the storm damage we had incurred. The crew was so hardworking and did an amazing job with daily cleanup even our neighbor commented on the the great job the crew did! They helped us pick the right color to match and pick up the gray in our siding! The new roof looks so much better than the original roof! I would HIGHLY recommend using Royalty Roofing! Thank you for an awesome job and FANTASTIC customer service!

Made contract with Royalty Roofing in August, 2016 and as of December, 2016, the job is still not started. Multiple calls made to Royalty Roofing over the past month are not answered and nobody is visible to be working at their facility address on S. Arlington Rd. It appears that this company may have gone out of business and we still have a leaky roof! If we wouldve known that they never intended to do the job, we couldve had someone else do it before winter set in, but now its too late to get the shingles to seal properly! I sure wish there was a way to leave a "zero stars" review. Hard to justify even one star for this kind of performance!!

I was very impressed from day 1. Mine was an insurance claim and Rick took care of everything, which was awesome because filing a home claim and all the steps involved is like becoming an astronaut. When they came onsite, they were insanely quick. Had a fleet up there getting the job done. I had a little confusion on handling the payment because of the insurance stuff and Rick worked with me the whole way. These guys were great and Ill be calling them up for future projects.

Had some significant roof damage from a bad windstorm. I reached out to Royalty Roofing and they did an amazing job! I had never submitted an insurance claim for home repairs before, so I wasnt really sure of what to expect. Jason helped walk me through the entire process, including meeting at my home with our insurance adjuster to ensure that all necessary work would be approved. His team did a great job and now I have a beautiful new roof to show for it!

Royalty Roofing was great - had a some water issues with my roof, called Royalty, showed up right away, found the problem (with the vent stack not being connected properly) fixed that and replaced the boot in less than an hour for extremely reasonable price.
