Ever since I came to use John Cadwells Affordable Roofing, I have not had to worry about losing a sale to a roof concern. I can count on Affordable Roofing to perform excellent work while treating my customers fairly and with respect. Affordable Roofing has resolved issues ranging from minor repairs to entire roof replacements. Johns company has worked for me on everything from asphalt shingle to barrel tile roof homes. John is incredibly knowledgeable while also being personable enough to explain what repairs are needed and why. Since finding his company, I simply have no reason to use or recommend any other roofing company.

After a severe hail storm our home needed a new roof. I contacted Affordable Roofing by John Caldwell, Inc. John was in the area and came by my house within two hours. I told him the upgrades I wanted and showed him a small leak I had on the back edge of the roof. He gave me an estimate including my upgrades that I felt was very reasonable. I signed a contract and he sent his men out the next day to locate and temporarily patch my leak. The patch stopped the leak and within the quoted time period the roof was stripped , leak fixed permanently and I had a new roof. John and his whole crew were very professional and friendly. The job site was cleaned thoroughly and all debris hauled off. I was very pleased with everything and would recommend Affordable Roofing by John Caldwell, Inc.

Prior to Hurricane Irma I contacted John at Affordable Roofing as I need some roof repairs done or a new roof. John advised that my roof was still good (very honest of him) and a repair would give my roof a new lease of life. After the hurricane has passed, I didnt expect to hear from him for a long time but lo and behold he rang to say that they would do the repair this week. They turned up when they said they would and carried out the work very efficiently. I highly recommend this company particularly as they could have just told me that they were too busy with more major works. Excellent company to deal with

Thank you Affordable Roofing! My wife and i bought a house through auction and the roof was one of the concerns. The inspector said that we had maybe 3 years left in it...well we made it 1 1/2 years. I got a number of quotes from a wide range of companies, but when comparing "apples to apples" when looking at the quality of the product, the experience of your company and the certifications that you hold... hands down you all were the best option (by about $2000 ill add). Im so glad we made the choice to have you replace our roof. It looks fantastic!! Thank you John and the whole crew at Affordable Roofing!!

This roofing company was amazing from beginning to end. Communication was superb. Most companies wanted 30+days to complete my roof. Affordable roofing were completely finished with my roof about 1.5 weeks after our first contact! Mr. Cadwell was a roof "expert", caring, knowledgable and worked with my limited budget. My homes roof came out beautifully and is water tight! Im so thankful I shopped around and avoided being overcharged by the bigger roofing contractors. Thank you. I recently had our roof done by this company and John made the experience painless! The roof came out great. It was fast and professional! After ours got done our neighbors also asked for his information. Guess they will be hanging around our street for a while lol I loved that we didnt have to deal with the pushy sales guys that have been coming to our door. Since we moved to FL in 2012, we have relied on John Cadwell and Affordable Roofing to take care of all our roofing concerns on our double wide. John has always been honest, personable and very fair with pricing. We generally have the roof maintained every 6 months and things are always done efficiently and professionally. Recently, my husband and I had Affordable roofing come out to do some roof work on our home. The job they did was fabulous! I was one of their first customers back in 1995 when I lived in Orlando. They had done a roof restoration for me and the roof never leaked. This is why I quickly thought to hire them again for roof repairs to my current home. Fantastic service from John and his crew. The job was delayed because of weather. John told me days before and rescheduled. The job was not straight forward. We had some roof rot that I was aware of and turned out we had some that I was not aware of. John and his crew took care of it all. The roof looks great. John and crew cleaned up afterwards. I have already recommended John to others and I will be using him for other properties.

John has just left our place from repairing our roof despite a hurt hand. Him and his crew are great to deal with and his price is more than fair even though it was not a large job. They located a few more loose shingles after the repair was completed and they replaced them for no extra charge!! Great company and will definitely deal with again if the need ever arises.
