I had some shingles blow off my roof so I called Jack C Wilson Roofing. They came out and gave me a fairly high estimate to repair three missing shingles. After I was about to turn them down the estimator lowered his rate considerably so I signed the work order to have the work done. I should have know something was a miss when he would not give me a date that the repair would be complete. After 2 months and repeated calls with an assurance that someone would contact me to let me know when they would be out I finally canceled the work order. I can not recommend a company that treats the customer the way these guys do. Even if it was a small repair job now I will need to have the roof replace in a few years when I have the money to do it. Rest assured I will not be spending the thousands of dollars for a roof replacement with Jack C Wilson Roofing.

I had a roof replace by Jack C Wilson roofing company. I will start off by saying that out of all of the estimates that I received, none matched this company. And even more importantly I cant tell you how happy I was with their work. I expressed concerns about wanting the flashing done correctly around my chimney and the owner came out and told me he would do it personally himself if it would make me feel better. The next day I saw the owner up doing the flashing just as he promised me. I have not had any trouble what so ever since my roof was replaced and if I ever need another roof there is no doubt I will use this company. You cant go wrong using this company and one other impressive thing was when the job was over I could not find one piece of trash anywhere around my house, it was if they were never even there.

Wilson Roofing come out and give us an estimate- we have had terrible experiences with roofing in the past-but JCW were extremely professional-they were very prompt- their secretary was very professional with calling me, setting up Appointments and calling to confirm them as well- they took great initiative to fulfill everything in the contract, the timing stated and even the completion of the roof was done earlier than expected- they did a great job and we would totally use them again...
