Beast From The East

I went to Abra to get a free estimate for doing some touch up for my car. Initially, the experience was good. The employee doing the estimate sounded smart and was nice. He said I should hear back from them by next week about my estimate. I never heard from them again. They obviously dont want my business, or they are too unorganized to properly get back to customers. I would not go here if I were you.

I was involved in an accident right before I moved several states away. The ABRA staff, especially Adam, were so, so helpful and were so great at accommodating my special circumstances. They even assisted me in as I was trying to figure out how to get my car to me. Few mechanic shops have made me feel as much as a person as they have. They are awesome and I highly recommend them!
