I was in a car accident in January, 2015, as a result of the accident my car looked like a total loss. The front windshield was shattered and smash to smithereens, along with other body damaged that I was hoping the insurance company would declare the car a total loss; however that was not the case. To my dismay, the insurance company decided to repair the car. The manager at Need a Fix advised me to except the offer and the decision was in my best interest, he assured me that everything would be alright and the repairs were mostly body damage and he could do the repairs. I thought it was a lost cause, however, after the need-A-fix professional team completed their magic on my 2007 Nissan Maxima, I could not believe it was the same car, the car looked just like it did when it was brand new. It brought tears to my eyes, because I could not afford a new car and several years of paying a car note; however my car look and feel like a new car and it drives better than before. I am so appreciative to the Need-A-Fix professionals. Once again, you have made me a very satisfied customer and I plan to continue referring all my friends and family to your shop. I have used Need A Fix on several occasions, in fact it is the only place i will ever take my car for service or body repair. The first time i ever used Need A Fix, i was having engine problems with my 2013 Lexus, and the dealer ship had quoted me a ridiculous price. i met the owner, George, he diagnosed my car and came back with a price so reasonable i was shocked. He was honest, thorough, and the price was VERY reasonable. His team kept me apprised every step of the way on what was going on and when they returned my car it had been washed and cleaned. I WAS SHOCKED TO SAY THE LEAST! I recently, had body work done on my car, and used another well know auto body repair shop, and was unhappy. I took it to Need A Fix and they were able to match the paint and had my car back to me in a VERY timely manner, at a very reasonable price. I have never posted a a review on here on any other site, but i was so pleased with the service, i had to post this review. Thank you George for the great experiences in the past in i very much look forward to using your service in the future

Very disappointed with this place , took my car to get breaks and rotors done and the breaks are still sqeeking like nothing was fixed and I called the same day after I left to noticed my breaks were sqeeking so they told me to come back so they can check the problem , so I come back and wait for hours just to be told they cant help me , I wont be returning , needs a more welcoming and professional staff

NEED A FIX AUTO SPECIALIST is the best auto repair shop I have ever used. The best part is they do great work but unlike other auto repair shops they dont overcharge for their repairs. I thought I would never say this about an auto shop. THEY ARE HONEST AND FAIR! I have been using them for two years. They do great professional work, from mechanics to auto body repair, A to Z. They are AWESOME!!

this is a very unprofessional shop, I bought a car that was still in someone elses name. They gave me the wrong information and sent the info to the wrong address. They try to get over. It takes forever just to get a title and tag from them and I still havent received those. Ive got pulled over and got told this is not my car that IVE BOUGHT from need a fix.

I Bought a car from them and got my truck fixed there while out on medical leave .... They came and picked me up on a daily basis just to ensure that I got the title work done appropriately....not to mention they gave me a warranty that NO other shop would give on parts and labor ..... These guys have got my business as long as their doors are open!

I have been dealing with Need a fix specialist for over 6 years the staff is awesome they welcome me as soon as I pull up. Recent I took my 2010 Dodge charger to have some work done on it. I was very pleased with my service like always. Now they are painting my 2014 Dodge charger with custom paint. I just them love guys. Keep up the good work
