Wheres the -0 star? This happened around the end of Jan 2016 I will never ever bring my car here again. My Jaguar was involved in a hit and run. It was side swiped while sitting in a parking lot with no one in it. The bumper was coming off with other major damages. Real issues begin here. They had my car on and off for over a month. I had to take it back up there as it was never fixed lets see the hood was on crooked. My same old bumper had been painted and put back on. My insurance was going to pay for a new bumper. You can pull up the sides of my car (the area around the bumper). After holding my car another two weeks, My girlfriend received a voicemail from someone named Maria saying the adjuster would be there between certain hours if I wanted to come see about my car. I get up there and the lady says nobody called us. I call my girlfriend she has the voicemail on her phone (still to this day) where they clear as day called her. So were arguing about the voicemail, screw this whats going on with my car ?? Nobody can tell me anything, but they have my $60,000 car just sitting up there?? At this point im mad and dont trust them with my vehicle. So now theyre holding my car and wont give me any information about it; I get loud. This Phillip Alexander guy calls the police on me instead of just telling me whats going on with my car??? Seriously ??? Law of Attraction is real if you havent heard? To all these dont care about the customer businesses out there, keep doing people dirty and screwing the consumer: the Universe always has a clever way of throwing that deceptive energy right back at you. So if you want to get the cops called on you for getting upset because you want to know whats going on with your $60,000 car and nobody will tell you, then by all means head to the classic collision on Brookhaven after your next incident.

Geico recommended them, so I thought they would be a trustworthy body shop. Boy was I wrong. I had a dent on my rear bumper, so they fixed that and repainted the whole bumper. Simple repair, everything seems fine. Fast forward 4 months. The paint on the bumper starts to peel out of nowhere. All of the paint on the bumper starts chipping off, and you can see the bare metal on the bumper. Call Classic Collision, they say bring it back in and they will take a look at it. Manager (Phillip) takes a look, says "oh, someone hit you." The car has been garaged for a month, and I dont see a dent or anything else indicating a collision. Also, how would a collision cause ALL of the paint on the bumper to simply "chip off?" Doesnt make sense. He still insists someone hit the car, so I take it to three other body shops. All three say that when the bumper was repainted, the primer was not applied correctly. I take it back to Classic Collision, and the manager STILL insists someone hit the car. I know nobody hit the car. Other body shops have confirmed it was poor primer, but Classic Collision refuses to do anything about it. If you have a nice car and actually want a quality repair, dont go to Classic Collision. Youre paint WILL start to peel.

Today I received my Range Rover from CC of Brookhaven. I have to say the work completed was top notch and extremely fast. The customer service and attention to detail--as well as their communication could not be matched. I shopped around and got the "run around" from several repair shops including one closer to me with the same name. I can tell you that the Brookhaven shop does what they say they will do and you will receive your vehicle on time. They even delivered my vehicle to me at my work when I requested, I really cant say enough about their honesty and fair prices. If you have an unfortunate incident to actually have use a repair shop, this is one you should check out. When others wouldnt touch my car because it was a Ranger Rover, this one did and took care of me like I was their only client. Five stars all the way. Thank you Donnie!

Had minor scuffs taken out of the drivers side rear bumper and replaced a cracked trail light lens. Took a week to complete the repairs due to poor negotiations with the insurance claim adjuster. While that process was fairly transparent to me, I was surprised by the length of time for such minor damage, and the fact that 4 of the staff members didnt have business cards. The admin gave me their number on a sticky note, and while the email progress updates were great, I got one two days early saying I unsubscribed when I didnt and this wasnt fixed when I called; I didnt know my car was ready for pick up until I called them. The work seems to be decent quality, however, and I would give another star if the communications process was improved.

I dont usually leave Google reviews but I read them all the time. I made it a point to leave Classic Collison a review. This place was so professional, so timely and very efficient! I was able to drop off my car, get all my questions answered and given a rental all in 30 minutes! During the repair process, I was updated every time something new happened (my bumper coming in, the paint job, the drying process) everything! Being a full time student, they were understanding with my availability to come pick up my car upon completion! I absolutely loved this place. The paint job on my bumper is flawless. And get this, my car was cleaned! Inside and out when I picked it up! Classic Collison, you get 5 stars in my book! THANK YOU!

The repair is OK at most, I could probably install fender myself better than the did - It had a bigger gap between fender and roof pillar. The paint job is good. After I took my car from service - I found out that they overinflated my tires! They put 40 instead of 29/30 psi in all of them! Another big flaw - I found a flat tire and a screw in it the day after pickup. Hope its just a coincidence, but those who have service here - BEWARE!!!! Pluses are: they vacuum your car (not under the carpets/floor liners) and clean trash in your doors that can contain valuable papers. And they do wash your car and wax it.

Perfect paint work but poor mechanical work... I had to visit shop again several timesto fix problems (they missed turbo intake manifold, missed to fill out engine oil...) but finally car showed critical engine error on highway so I had to sell it to the local dealer as fast as possible. Perhaps they are not familiar with "modern german cars". Their quotation was about $13k (mostly paid by insuarance company) but I would not pay if I had to. However, they have done very nice paint job. Long story short, If you have a german car to fix, I would not recommend this shop. Bring it to the stealership then here.

I would recommend this location anytime, anywhere and to anyone. If you need to repair your car after a collision, Look NO FURTHER!! I got A+++ class customer service from Carlos, Lindsay and Ben. The front right corner of my 2010 Altima was mangled but they put it right back in order in less time than estimated. The technicians went above and beyond to restore my care and bring it back to a show room shine. They went further than the repairs needed and buffed the other side of the car to restore a uniform finish to the paint job. Solid Team, Solid Service, Solid repairs. Top Class!!!
