My initial experience here was pretty positive. I was new to the area, got in a car accident, and didnt have my first paycheck, yet. They cut me a reasonable deal (though its very obvious they pay the tow-truck driver to advertise their place-- Im sure this is common practice among body shops, so no judgment there). Only negative part of this experience was having to call them constantly to get updates, but theyre busy people, and its tough to keep up with every single customer. I swiped my card and headed for home. A week or so later, I had some family in the area, which meant I had someone to drive me around while my car was posted up in the shop, so I took my vehicle back here to get an estimate on repairs to get my check engine light off. They told me they would have that taken care of that day, "guaranteed." I reminded them that the previous works bill hadnt been charged to my account, dropped off my keys, and said Id be back that evening before closing. With it being my second week in the area, I still had no local connections, and my family was leaving the next day, so this timeline was important. After multiple calls, they told me that I couldnt pick the car up that day and that they had ordered parts. Since we only agreed that they would do an estimate and that I would be able to grab my vehicle that evening, I was pretty upset, so I made sure they could return the parts then went in and picked up my vehicle-- no repairs. That was in July. This week, the charge for the first bit of work I had done came through. I kept that amount in my account in case they dropped the charge at some odd-ball time, but it seems unprofessional to put charges through months late after the customer himself reminded you. Overall, their lack of communication earned them this rating. It is very important to me that I know what is being done to my car at what price and on what timeline. If youre well-established and dont have any worries about being short a vehicle for a few extra days or about the dollar amount youll be charged when its all said and done, Id recommend these guys. Theyre friendly and will work with you. But the repeated miscommunications and late charge were too unsettling for me in my new environment to earn better than 2 stars.

I want to start this off by saying that this is the first review I have ever written for a company before but they did such a fantastic job on my car that I wanted to take the time to to make it known how awesome Alfa Collision is. Having a car accident is almost inevitable living here in Atlanta, GA. I have been involved in a few accidents over the years and have been to many body shops in the metropolitan area and they all did just your basic mediocre kind of job where you take it to them and they repair the damage to your car and provide you with the normal kind of customer service. I would always chose a different body shop to go to the next time my car needed to be repaired because none of these body shops did anything that was memorable. That all changed this time when I took my car to Alfa Collision. I decided to do my research this time on body shops. First I called around spoke with a few of them, then I checked out some reviews online and lastly I spoke with other people that I knew who had recently had repair work done on their car. I decided to go with Alfa because they had the best reviews and came highly recommended. They definitely lived up to that reputation from the moment I walked in the door and was welcomed by both Travis and Danny. They were both so friendly and very professional and almost felt like family because it was so easy to speak to them. I was already upset about having been rear ended again in the past year and having to deal with another insurance company all over again but they made it so easy. They told me exactly how to handle the insurance part on my end and took it from there. They repaired my car quickly and it came back looking better than how it looked when I first bought it. This is the best my car has ever looked!! I have already referred two people to them and will continue to do so!

Alfa Collision Center is hands down the most professional, affordable and trustworthy company. As a female who has had some issues in the past and is very distrustful with car repair/collision companies (I’ve had experience around Roswell/Alpharetta area with bait and switch, nickel and dime companies who call you after they have your car to tell you there are other things that I have to pay for- and my car is only a couple years old), I have finally found a company I can trust for doing exceptional work at a very fair price. David Razavi, the owner of Alfa Collision Center was extremely prompt, professional, and gave me an affordable quote. I dropped off my car in the morning to do some collision work (replacement of front fender) and get new tires, and they dropped me off at work and even offered to pick me up when the car was ready. The car was completely repaired in just a couple hours (and stayed exactly at the quote he gave me) and when I came to get my car, I was even surprised that they washed my car (interior too) - it looked brand new! Alfa Collision Center (David) will always be my trusted collision center, advisor, and friend for all things car-related!

Commitment to Excellence Recently my 2011 Murano, Nissan was struck head on creating major front end and alignment damage. After three estimates and strong recommendations by others whose opinions I value, selected ALFA to complete repairs. The result by owner David Razavi and his staff was not only excellent but cost effective and comprehensive. My vehicle was returned to me (mechanically and cosmetically) in the same condition provided by the dealer as a new sale. I could not identify any indication that my vehicle was involved in a serious collision after the noted repairs were completed. Their business approach is thorough, professional and comprehensive. From the initial inspection of the damage through review and authorization by insurance adjusters, I was kept apprised and included in all aspects of the operation to make my vehicle whole again. No surprises, short cuts or lack luster marketing strategies were ever displayed by anyone in this shop. Their commitment to excellence is refreshing and Id return as a customer or recommend them to any colleague as the first choice in collision damage repair. These guys have it all together!

I recently needed some auto body work after a fender bender. Unfortunately even small accidents cost a lot to fix. I took my car 3 auto body shops for pricing quotes and to try to get a feel for the shops. I got a good feeling (and price quote) From Alfa Collision Center, 11335 Alpharetta Highway, Roswell, 30076 and decided to have the work done there. I decided that in part because the owner, David, was extremely nice and personable. He made me feel very comfortable. He was straight forward and gave me the feeling that he is very honest. He arranged for a discount from a local car rental company for a good price. He drove me over to the rental place. When we came back, he went out on the highway to save a Canadian goose that had imprudently landed on there. They did an excellent job of repairing my car. They replaced the hood which was scrunched. Everything looked perfect. Not only that but he buffed out my car, which I park under trees and he removed some of the accumulated yellow pine dust. My car looked like new. People even asked me if my car was new! All and all I give my unqualified recommendation to use Alfa!
