I had as excellent an experience as one could hope for, if having your car nailed can be "excellent" at all. The work they did was outstanding - my poor old Honda was precariously close to a total loss, but ABRA soldiered through, repaired the rather extensive damage, and got it back to operable status with commendable speed. It not only looks like no accident ever took place, I swear it looks better than it did before the wreck. They even cleaned the interior thoroughly (unnecessary as the damages were structural and external). Additionally, I rather appreciated the text message updates; they made me feel as though they really cared about taking care of my car and actually cared about me. The staff were professional and very polite. Customer service is clearly a priority. In addition to the text updates, I noticed they have a little play area set up for customers kids. While I dont have children of my own, that stood out to me as indicative of an organization that prioritizes its clientelles needs. Overall it was a fast, professional, and friendly experience. Without hesitation I would make use of ABRAs services again (though I hope I do not have to for obvious reasons!).

I cant say enough good things about my experience. It was recommended by my insurance company Grange as this was a preferred shop. I took my car in Monday morning and a rental was waiting. I was in and out. They estimated it would be done Thursday. Grange called me later that day with the estimate which was $200 less than the dealers body shop quoted ($1200 vs $1400). My car ended up getting completed on Tuesday evening for the estimated amount! I also received text updates along the way. I picked up my car and it had been washed, vacuumed, and dusted! The repair looked as good as new! I will only go to Abra from now on. Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional and the entire process was seamless and stress free.

Had a great experience here. Was involved in a minor collision, these guys repaired my vehicle quickly and my car is like new again. My representative Brad kept me informed the whole way from parts ordering to painting to reassembly. In addition, they also fixed my GPS, which was totally unrelated to my accident and extremely appreciated! Sincere, honest, and hardworking guys. Theres an Enterprise rep in this building, and in my experience, my rental car was there waiting for me when I dropped my car off for repairs. Really convenient and transparent business. I highly recommend this body shop!

When I went to the shop I meet Matt the General Manager. He was very professional and knowledgable. I was an out of pocket customer and did not want to go through my insurance company, so was concerned about the cost of the work. They were very fair and I did not need a 2nd opinion, I knew I was getting a great deal. If I ever need to go to a body shop using my insurance I would highly recommend them to anyone including my family. 2008 Lexus IS 250 had the bumper replaced from accident... Everyone in this building is on top of it. The insurance gal, the auto body estmate guy as well as the Enterprise rental car repair. Blown away by thier kindness and communication. This was a insurance coverage repair but Ill have them work on my car out of pocket costs, anytime. Very thankful!

This shop performed excellent repairs on my car and coordinated with my insurance company through out the process. A few weeks after the repairs there were issues with a few thing revolving around State Farm, but Don at Abra did an excellent job of managing the situation and keeping his word on the repairs and claim process.
