UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, INCOMPETENT COMPANY – HAD TO CALL POLICE I strongly regret the decision to allow Classic Collision to work on my vehicle. My vehicle was involved in a not-at-fault collision. Below are the issues that I experienced with this company. • Classic Collision had possession of my vehicle for 4 weeks for a simple repair (bumper, fender, headlamp, grill insert, cracked windshield, and alignment). • Mike handled the repair process of my vehicle. Mike was unprofessional and extremely disrespectful directly to me when I raised concerns with the issues I had. He wrote an email to me stating “I should seek professional advisement”. He also cursed and yelled at me in the parking lot of this business (in front of other customers and employees). This was honestly an unbelievable experience as a customer. • I highlighted issues of damage directly from the collision that was never documented (cracked windshield and alignment). On the day before my vehicle was ready to pick up, the shop told me that the insurance company would not approve these items. • The shop notified me one day before my car was ready to be picked up that I was being charged for a new battery even though the initial battery had absolutely no issues at the time I dropped my vehicle off. I asked for the old battery back (for inspection), however they disposed of it without my approval. • I received minimal communication throughout the entire process and was left in the dark concerning many important issues. • The shop refused to accept my credit card method of payment, and demanded me to pay cash (corporate policy / advertisements says they accept credit card). This is because I expressed my dissatisfaction with the experience and did not agree with the charges I was being forced to pay for the release of my vehicle. The shop finally accepted my credit card and released my property, but only after I called the police and had an officer show up to the business. • Lastly, the repairs that the insurance company did approve are not complete and currently have issues (protruding head lamp, scuffs and scratches on head lamp, imperfections in paint job). I will be updating my review as things progress. *****UPDATE***** 7/10/16 Classic Collision had to pay approximately $1,500.00 to another body shop to correct the sloppy repairs that were performed on my vehicle. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

This is the worst experience I have ever had!!! When I picked up my car, I realized that my front driver-side turn signal was not working. I advised the service advisor (Ms. Smith) about it and she got one of the technicians to look into it. The technician advised the bulb was bad and in order to fix it, the bumper needs to come off. Minutes later, Ms. Smith told me that her boss wanted to talk to me so we both went to his office. While we were waiting for him, I stepped in the adjacent conference room to use my phone and what followed was a nightmare. The boss, who refused to give his name, came in the conference and told me "you need to get out of here! You have no business being here! You need to leave the property!" For a hot second, I thought this was a prank until I realized that this guy was serious. I explained that Im here to talk to him because he summoned me to his office. He replied that the malfunction with my turn signal is a maintenance issue. I asked what do you mean by maintenance issue twice and in both instances, he made fun of my accent by attempting to correct me phonetically. He became agitated and ordered me to leave the dwelling. I asked him for his name and his boss name but he never gave me that info. He called 911 and requested Atlanta Police to remove me from the premises. I paid $500 deductible for unfinished work, got ridiculed and disrespected by the boss and escorted out by the police. WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE? Its like I got extorted by a criminal who manipulated the law to victimize me again. Is that what customer service amounts to at classic collision of Buckhead? There is no doubt the so-called boss was a racist who doesnt care about minorities like me. You can tell by the demeanor of the rest of the employees that this racist runs that place like a slave ship. At this point, this guy doesnt belong to work in Buckhead where we foster diversity.

My hood was zipped tied together!!!!!The customer service was great. However the workmanship was awful. The front end was hit. The day I drove off the lot the check engine came on. Brought it back and they said it was something that was wrong that wasn't involved in the wreck. Ok fine what a qui a dink. Then my windshield fluid wouldn't work when I tried it a few weeks later. That is something so small you wouldn't notice until later after the repairs. I went back up there and they messed around with and fixed it. Then after that I opened up the hood and the latch was zipped tied together !!!!!!! It eventually broke and had to be replaced I know classic collision has a lifetime warranty but really I was tired of going back up there weeks after it was suppose to be fixed. Got it fixed on my own then a few months later my front head light fell out. It was broken and looked like it had been broken awhile in the inside which obviously wasn't fixed after the accident. I looked around more under my car and the bottom bumper was regged on and looking at my paint job on my beetle there is def a line where the yellow paint is two different colors. My point is dont go there. Or at least look at everything before u leave the parking lot test drive your car look at eveythinh because all they will do is make it look pretty not make sure everything is fixed!!!!!!!!

I worked with Mark (who is in charge of USAA claims) to get my car fixed. I generally loathe bringing my car to any auto shop, period. Even though its not, I treat my car like its an expensive Ferrari... thats how paranoid I am with it. I had a hard time deciding on a place to bring it to - most body shops had either terrible reviews, or an inordinate amount of way too-positive (and short) reviews which made me suspicious. But I felt comfortable with Classic Collision having my car, and with the job that they did. The car was fixed promptly, and the work was done exceptionally well. All the staff members were very helpful. Mark worked with my insurance company to get everything squared away, and went out of his way to help me with my car. Its also nice that there is a rental company (Hertz) inside the body shop - making the car rental process easy. No trouble on the Hertz end either (except for some odd pending charges, related to insurance stuff that never actually materialized, so no issue there). Just picked up the rental when I dropped my car off, and dropped it off when I picked up my car.

This was the absolute worst and degrading experience on what was supposed to be a car repair. My car was supposed to take a couple days and ended up taking weeks and was returned to me with even more damages than when i brought it in. I was given the run around, lied to, and misled. I have damage that was done to areas not pertinent to the repairs that was suppose to be made and got no help at all from the representatives from my insurance company that sit in house with this terrible money hungry and quota driven circle of people who saw they could not get over on me with words or mental tactics so they had the nerve to be disrespectful, rude and short with me when i called these things out. I am indeed taking legal action and would strongly advise anyone looking for fair and just repairs and service to go elsewhere. I will certainly keep everyone posted on the next level of steps taken and only set out to tell the truth and protect other consumers like myself from money scandals and horrible customer and human services.
