This was the most infuriating experience with a business Ive ever death with. I took my car in for a small dent repair. The next day, we were informed that one of the employees had backed into my car. They had to replace the entire front end. At this point, picking up my car and going as far away from this place as possible would have been the best decision. Unfortunately, I let them try to "make it right" and fix it themselves, mostly because of their convenience to me. Huge mistake. Besides paying for a rental, which was no question, this company acted like they were doing me a favor by "at least telling me they ran into my car and not covering it up". I fought with them for days on the fact they owed me diminished value on my car. They wanted to do everything under the table, since it "wasnt worth it to file under their insurance". I asked them to fix a small 2" scratch on a back panel of my car to make up for my cars diminished value. I was told that since they didnt file a police report and it was on private property, I didnt get diminished value anyways. Maybe its because Im a female, maybe I came across as naive, but contrary to their belief, I know whats owed to me when someone backs into my car Ive made one payment on. Tab was easy to talk to, but unfortunately was the middle man of me & this terrible company. I spoke the the GM, Roland, who was the most condescending, rude, and narcissistic person Ive ever dealt with. Not once was there ever a "Im sorry" from the GM. In his words: "At Least we didnt cover it up" and "mistakes happen." Never mind the fact he yelled at me for "threatening him" of going to the BBB for terrible business practices. Which, after research, they arent BBB accredited after all. After two weeks of being in this shop, I get my car back. The window they had to replace wasnt sealed properly. Back in the shop it went for a couple more days. I wouldnt never recommend this business to anyone. Mistakes happen, I get that, but the way it was handled was absolutely terrible.

We bought a 2006 BMW 3 series with a few minor scratches and some paint had been rubbed off on the back bumper. The car was purchased from a broker, so any work is out of pocket. We took the car to Classic Collision to correct the rear bumper where the paint had been rubbed off. This was less than six inches long on the corner of the bumper. We went to pick the vehicle up about 36 hours later. The rear bumper was beautiful, but while the vehicle was at the paint shop, a four-inch spider crack appeared on the front bumper. Classic Collision claimed no responsibility. Initially, we were quoted at $500 to refinish any minor issues on the front bumper (prior to having the rear bumper repaired). I spoke with the shop manager, who insisted the spider crack was not the shops fault and thought I was personally accusing him. I only wanted the issue corrected in lieu of practicing good business. We were offered a $200 correction for the entire front bumper. When we picked up the vehicle for the second time from Classic Collision, they only fixed the portion where the spider crack was created and the front bumper ended up being two-toned. Only part of the paint job was glossed and finished. The portion around where the spider crack was created was an unfinished matte and looked horrible. We were still charged $200, otherwise the $20,000 vehicle was not permitted to leave the shop that damaged it beyond its original flaws. A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau, to which the company never replied to. Dont take your vehicle here unless you have an insurance claim to stick to the shop. Out of pocket repairs will only cost you.

UPDATE: on 8/22/17. I took my car back to get the rear mirror installed, which they forgot to do 7 months ago. You would think it should only take a minute to do. I had to leave my car, and was promised a call back. More than 24 hours later and no call back and they still have my car. They place need a new management for sure: I used other classic locations before with no issues. This particular site in my option is the worst. After I dropped my car, I immediately started getting text notifications about the status of the car, with an estimated completion date that was 4 weeks after they work was authorized. Finally, I received a notification letting me that my car would be ready tomorrow, so I decided to call just to confirm. I couldnt get hold of anybody to know what was going on and finally somebody called me back and he was oblivious to why I thought my car was supposed to be ready next day. I was at a loss. He told me later on the notification is always wrong. So I ask about when my car will be ready and he kept pushing me one week after another week after another week . So instead of taking 4 weeks It ended taking about two months. The repair was expessive, and after I picked up my car the read views mirror assembly was not installed, weeks later I discovered the tray on my trunk is also missing..

I took my car here after my accident. What was supposed to be at least a week and a 1/2s job worth of repairs. I did not have rental on my insurance policy and I had a pre planned trip with friends that I was going on. I told this to the Production Manager Mark Bishop. He told me he would try his best to have it done by the time I got back. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday EVENING. It was done the following MONDAY before close. So it worked out because I didnt need my car during my trip since I was riding with friends and I planned taking my car in during this time, so I didnt have to pay for rental AT ALL!!! Mark Bishop and Casey did an awesome job of keeping me informed and up to date on what to expect. Classic Collision stood on their word and delivered. I will never take my car anywhere else for auto bod repairs. CLASSIC COLLISION is AWESOME. They really do care and are EXTREMELY accomodating and considerate of your needs. They get the job fast and RIGHT! Professional, outstanding customer service, excellent communcation and follow through. I am head over HEELS ESTATIC with my repairs!! Thank you CLASSIC COLLISION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mark Bishop YOU ROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOCK :)))))

This review is not necessarily intended for this particular location but, the chain in general. While they do good work, they tend to oversell the repairs. "Blending" is always the lead pitch. Needed or otherwise. Make sure you keep your receipt for the "limited lifetime warranty" or they will "no longer have it in their records" in as little as 2 years. Their pricing is higher than most but, they do handle the insurance carriers very well. They are polite, have a beautiful shop and will follow up. Could use some training for the receptionists though. Between manners and knowledge they vary greatly. Bottom line? They are more expensive than the rest of the chop shops in town and do a better job for it. They do offer a warranty and will honor it IF you keep your receipt. Do NOT rely on them to have a "record" of your multi-thousand dollar repair. Also, be careful not to let them take a 3K job and push it to 7K. Take a look at their shingle, someone has to pay for it and most likely, it will be your insurance carrier. Just get everything detailed upfront. They will have it done when they say they will and the transaction is fairly painless.
