After someone backed into the drivers door of my truck, I took it over to Carsmetics for an estimate. Spencer spent the time with me to review the damage and to discuss the options. He wrote up the estimate and asked me to call when/if I was ready to proceed. I visited a few other shops around town and found that the estimate from Carsmetics was more than competitive. I contacted Spencer and he scheduled me in early on a Monday morning. He said the truck would be ready on Tuesday...probably before noon. I was surprised to receive a call Monday afternoon to let me know the truck would be ready to pick up that evening. They were still working (a little later than expected) when I arrived but they completed the work as promised before they left for the day. I left with the truck. It looked great. The blending and the quality of the paint were fantastic. I would highly recommend that you consider Carsmetics before taking your vehicle anywhere else.

Ive needed to get some work done on my car for a while now, but Ive just recently gotten to a point financially where I can afford to get it done. I found Carsmetics on Google and read so many great reviews that I figured theyd be a good option for me. So I decided that Id stop by after work today to get an estimate on the work. According to the website, Google, and the Facebook page, hours of operation are 8-6 Monday through Friday. But when I got to the location a little after 5 the gates were closed and the parking lot was empty. I checked the website again to verify that the hours were 8-6, and then tried calling the office since it was still supposedly business hours. No answer. Carsmetics might have gotten my business had someone not decided to close an hour early. But Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I went to Carsmetics to get a quote for some work I needed done three weeks ago. Unfortunately, their computer system was down and they quickly took down my information so that when the system came back up, they could provide me with a quote. After a week of me hearing no response, I called them to see if they could provide me with a timetable for when I would be provided with a quote. Xavier Jr. told me that the system was back up but that they were behind on getting quotes to customers for the days that their system was done. He told me that he would put me at the top of the list and took down my phone number. It is now three weeks later and I still havent been provided with a quote. Ive now decided to take my business elsewhere. It really is a shame because they had great reviews.

Excellent service, great guys to deal with, wont be beat on pricing, and above all the repair looks awesome. I purchased my car earlier this year with a damaged bumper for a discount with the intention of getting it fixed, but quickly realized it was going to be a lot more expensive than I thought, but Xavier at Carsmetics promised he could repair the bumper and make it look new and it would be a fractions of the cost (50% less people!). I was skeptical, when you are getting quotes FAR higher than that and you get a good as new promise at half the cost, it makes you wonder, but I am SO GLAD I went with these guys. The car looks like it just rolled off the lot, amazing shape, referring them to anyone I know who needs work!

I went to Carsmetics for a quote on a new bumper for my vehicle. They explained what I needed and were very friendly, they even offered to provide a rental while my car was being repaired. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:00am, and by 5:00pm that afternoon I got a call that it was ready! I couldnt believe the quick turnaround. They even washed my car! There were no extra charges or hidden fees; I paid exactly what I was quoted (which was far less than the other repair shop down the street). I will be recommending this place to everyone. I took my Mustang to Carsmetics today for help with some minor paint issues, I was lucky enough to deal with Spencer (ASM) and Xavier (Paint Wizard) They took a lot of time looking at my car, offering advice, even matching my paint color with their computer.... their dedication to customer service is amazing! I drove out without spending a dime but I received a wealth of information from them. I live an hour away and I have four children who love to swap paint.... Carsmetics is our new body shop! It is worth the drive! Thanks guys......

Chris at Carsmetics took GREAT care of me and my Honda. He gave me options to get my car reapired and had it done very quickly. The car looked brand new when he was done! Plus, when the car did not meet HIS standards, although I couldnt tell, he rented me a car and re-buffed, waxed, etc. until it was perfect! Honest, friendly, fair and fast - what else do I need to say? If you need bodywork, go here!

I highly recommend Carsmetics. I went in for a quote on some damage to my car after it scraped the side of the garage and Xavier looked at my car, said "hold on, I might be able to take care of you". Came back and was able to polish almost all of it off and didnt ask for any payment. Many places could have turned it into a lot of work, but I appreciate their honesty and work.

In the past 6 months I have been to Carsmetics three times. (Luckily only once was for my car!) They are wonderful. Professional, reasonably priced and do fabulous work. Most recently, one of our cars needed some body work. They repaired it in less than 24 hours and under the quoted amount. Definitely worth it!

I went to Carsmetics to match a 50 year old original color that there is no record of the paint formula. Other attemps to match it had failed. With their Dupont technology they were able to match the paint and even gave me the formula for future referrence! Thank you!
