I originally posted a negative review but decided it was fair to remove it because he has been so kind and helpful! It has been a long process but Bert has pulled through for me! I dont have my car back yet but at least he offered to put me into a rental car until the damages were corrected! ****UPDATE: Bert is an incredibly kind man, I got a hold of him and he offered to pay for a rental car and forego my deductible! I am so glad that we were able to work something out! Things happen and its been a hectic month, I understand that. My main concern was getting back and forth to work and he solved that issue for me! Thanks Bert!****
