I brought my wifes car in for a bunch of little body items. Dan walked around the car with me, gave me a quote, said it would take about a week. I dropped it off that Monday. The car ended up taking 2 weeks to complete instead of 1, and Dan missed several items that I showed him, and had completely forgotten about dent removal. To his credit, he did do the dent removal and didnt charge me extra for it (although at first he tried to, but quickly backed down). However, when I went to check out the car before picking it up, there was a dent that was missed, some areas where theyd removed tape that damaged the plastic and they didnt fix (all it needed was some touch-up paint), and the fender didnt line up properly with the light in one area. Dan got angry and said none of this was on the quote and I needed a new fender. Well, I told him about all of it, and its not my fault that he didnt take notes. When walking around the car, a professional would have a note pad to make sure things like this arent missed. A professional would also call and let a customer know about problems along the way and discuss what to do - either a change in the quote or just leave it alone. The work they did was good, but I wont be back. Dan was very rude when I discussed this with him, and he even hid in the bathroom when I showed up to pick up my car. Dennis is very nice and easy to deal with, but he cant (or doesnt) make decisions. Dan seems to only be around 50% of the time and apparently cant be reached when not at the office. Thats his business, but if you do that you need to have someone in your place who can make decisions. My wife has now been without her car for 2 weeks, and will have to be without it again for an extra period of time (and Ill be without more money) when we take the car to another shop to fix the things that Dan didnt fix. For these reasons I gave 2 stars. The sad thing is, if Dan had bothered to call or communicate better (and I went by 3 times to check on the car, so this wouldve been easy), it wouldve been 4-5 stars, even with the same result or extra cost.

The Body Shop in West Chester Ohio provides excellent work. I have had multiple Mercedes Benz vehicles worked on by Dan and his team. They were able to match silver which is no easy task as well as white. In addition, they are always honest and the pricing is always very reasonable. I would suggest contacting Dan if you would ever need your car repaired before going to one of the other guys. I will on a regular basis suggest him to friends and family as he is always professional and quick to help. Great job Dan, excellent service is hard to find. I took my car to get key scratches repaired. When I picked up the car after repairs (almost $3,000.00 to repair scratches) , it was covered with swirl marks, orange peel paint and the compound was not cleaned off. I told Dan Edwards it was the worst looking paint job I had seen, he commented that there was nothing wrong with the paint. We argued and Dan began yelling and cursing, so I just paid him and took the car home. Now I will have to have pay to have the paint repaired correctly. I have photos available.
