They require that if they fix your car, they have to fix the expensive cosmetic damage, but State Farm forced us to use them, so fine. But they have never once called us with an update. They didnt call us once they got an estimate to ask if it was okay before ordering parts. They never once gave us an update on the timeline without us calling to request one. And they send annoying texts with no information about your car, or even false information. (Ex: "Your car is loving it here!") Fri: Our car arrived and we signed paperwork. Tues: They never called with an update, so we assumed they still hadnt done ANYTHING on our car (weve already had an impossible time with State Farm since our accident, and have debated just towing it to our usual shop and fixing it out of pocket, the non cosmetic damage is under $1,000). We drive in. They have had an estimate for days and have ordered parts, which should get there Thursday at the latest, but they expect them Wednesday. They will start repairs immediately upon getting the parts. Thursday morning: (text) "Your car is nearly done." We think great, they must have gotten the parts yesterday and we should have our car by the weekend. Fri: We call for an update. They havent gotten our parts and havent started yet. But even though we were left assuming theyd already started, they didnt bother to call to tell us that.

Dont let an insurance company force you to take your car here. The service here is very poor. I had the following issues: 1) They didnt do a walk-around to show me the work that was completed. A week after the repair, I noticed they didnt fix a scratch/dent on my rear view mirror that they were supposed to fix. 2) I had asked them to fix my rear bumper, which was not part of the insurance claim. They forgot to even give me an estimate despite promising to do so. 3) They replaced 2 tires. Instead of properly disposing of the old tires, they shoved them in my trunk. By doing this they removed my cargo net and shoved in the 2 damaged tires. My trash collection service will not take the old tires so now I have to find a way to properly dispose of them. 4) There was trash from a fast food restaurant left in my car. Clearly, my vehicle was taken out for non-repair related driving. 5) When picking up my car, I had the pleasure of over-hearing the workers having inappropriate conversations with their boss which included discussing drug use. There are plenty of auto body repair shops in the Cincinnati area that will make you feel like they are working for you and not the insurance company. This is not one of them.

Well Im sure this review may not help speed along the procees but this company has had my WORK TRUCK a vehicle I need for my business and lively hood to feed my children hostage for double the time and its still not done. We were promised the work would be done within a couple weeks...Monday is a MONTH! I dont care how good it looks or works when I get it back at this point the truck will no longer be mine when I LOSE MY BUSINESS due to repeated lies and being told its almost done for two weeks now. If you have an unlimited amount of time and are good at eating lies Abra is the place for You! Oh by the way James or Chad we did get in touch with corporate thanks for also lying about not knowing how to reach them but they will be in touch with YOU very soon. You can worry about your business now.

Insurance company sent me to them. Walk around went off with no problem, getting them to submit the estimate to my insurance company is like pulling teeth. Two weeks later and my insurance company still does not have it. I have a copy, but Abra has not sent it over to my claims adjuster. Two weeks to send an email? This is the kind of service you get from a corporate chain. No way in hell am I letting them work on my car.
