I have purchased Four Vehicles from Middletown Ford. 2 Hyundai accents, and 2 Ford Fiestas. 3 of these I purchased through Dave Banks. He will treat you right, and Chad Price and Jeremy on the Finance team will work with you to get you financed. I have built my credit with Middletown Ford. I started 18 months ago with a $6000 loan on a 2006 Hyundai, when my credit score was just 630, with a bankruptcy in my history,(Discharged in 2008). I was amazed that Chad Price was able to work his magic to get me approved for a loan at a great interest rate. At that time I was on SSI Disability, and I was able to buy a car! Then after about 8 months, I started working a full time job again, and I needed another car, so I returned and we were approved for a loan on a second car, which we purchased through Chad Price and David Banks. We purchased another Hyundai, this time it was a 2010. After a year at my new job, I was earning enough money to step up to a newer car, so we traded in the 2006 Hyundai, and purchased a 2011 Ford Fiesta with the SYNC option for a great price. We also bought the GAP insurance, which was a blessing I will tell you more about in a minute. My 2011 Ford Fiesta saved my life in a severe accident on Feb 8th,2012. I was travelling southbound on Rt 4 towards 63, when I came around a turn and did not see a cement truck stopping in front of me. I hit that 60,000 lb cement truck at full speed, about 50 mph, without enough time to react and hit the brakes. The Ford Fiesta took the impact the way it is designed to, and crumpled the front of the car, but there was no damage to the interior driver and passenger compartment. All four airbags went off as they were designed to do, and 911 assist in SYNC called for emergency assistance immediately. I suffered minimal injuries considering the severity of the impact. I was knocked unconscious when the airbags went off, and my right arm was broken, because during the impact I my hand was on the gear shift. When you consider an impact at 50mph I should have been killed, I was saved by the engineers at Ford, who designed such a safe car, the 2011 Ford Fiesta. I would recommend the Ford Fiesta to anyone who is interested in a safe car that gets excellent gas mileage, I got 46 MPG on the highway with my Ford Fiesta. After my insurance declared my car a total loss, I returned to Middletown Ford, and dealt with David Banks and Chad Price again, to replace my Ford Fiesta with a 2012 Model. They made the process easy. I was in and out in about 2 hours with a new 2012 Ford Fiesta with all of the same features that I had before, plus heated seats! I recommend heated seats to anyone with a back injury! Since my first purchase with Middletown Ford, and with my excellent payment history, I credit Chad Price with helping me to improve my Credit score from a low 630 to a median of 730 now! (My credit score is my personal business and private information that will never be shared by Middletown Ford, but I have disclosed it here of my own free will.) I must also commend Mike, I am sorry I do not remember his last name, but he was patient with me, and went the extra mile to help me set up SYNC in both of my Ford Fiestas. I recommend SYNC, if you only use it for the hands free phone mode it is an excellent service. The 911 assist is a safety feature that can save your life. In my accident, the SYNC service called 911 upon impact and told the operator my location, and when I was non-responsive (Unconscious) the operator dispatched a high priority response. My experience with the sales staff has been excellent, and the product is top notch.

This was the worst experience of my life!!!! My husband and I have two small children, and with two small children comes a lot of extra baggage to carry around; double stroller, two diaper bags, car seats and god only knows what else. So we decided to get a truck, something with a bed that we could use and have enough room for everything. We went to Middletown Ford and good god it just kept getting worse and worse. We went to talk to them about a Dodge Ram for 12000, well that was sold. So the sales rep is talking to us about CARS! I told him multiple times we wanted a truck, and he says well why only a truck and not a car. I told him we have two small children and have half a house worth of stuff to carry, once all that is in the car there is no room for groceries or anything else. We tried to be nice and look at a SUV. we thought ah it wont hurt. Well we were wrong. My six month old son started getting fussy and it was 95 degrees out. So I told my husband we should go, they had nothing we wanted and the SUV was way to small. So we told the sales rep we needed to go, he then told my husband he was going to take a copy of his license. NO HE LIED HE WAS HOLDING IT SO WE COULDNT LEAVE! He then proceeded to try to show us more vehicles at this point both babies were fussing. The man would not listen and continued to hold onto my husbands license. At this point I was beyond mad.. The manager or who ever came out and was hassling us to stay ten minutes. WHAT PART OF I HAVE TO LEAVE DONT YOU UNDERSTAND!! Now mad isnt even what i was feeling, I grabbed both kids looked at the sales reps and told them we were LEAVING!! They then after another few minutes gave his license back. I dont recommend this place at all, they didnt listen to a word we said and were just unbelievable.

I have a Ford Mustang and it was starting to give me a little trouble by jerking and doing strange things while accelerating. I live closer to the Tri county Ford dealership and took it there first, but they kept it for about an hour and claimed that there was nothing wrong with it. I then scheduled an appointment with Middletown Ford. The first thing I noticed is that when your driving from a certain direction, that the service department area is practically hidden from view. When I brought it in, we spent ten minutes wondering where to pull the car in. The people were friendly there and they were honest, but I was only expecting a two to three day stay at most. They kept my car for almost three weeks. I have never heard of such a thing. Everyday at work, my coworker would ask me, So, did you get your car back yet? It was kind of embarrassing. What a rotten deal. The Mustang does run better and it appears fixed, which I am grateful for, I only wish that the process could have been a little bit smoother and I wish that i could have gotten my car back in a faster manner, for I missed another appointment that I had made with another body shop for a small dent, which was disappointing. All in all, the service was okay at this location. At least they did fix the car and did not give me the run around. Thank you.
