My experience there is great. Rachel Palmer is one of my hairdressers and she does an amazing job. She really knows a lot about hair and what works great with what you do with it everyday as well as gives great advice about how to style it. The other hairdressers there are really nice and they also offer you something to drink if you are thirsty.

Great experience! My stylist was Jessica she did a great job, I have long hair and I have had many stylists cut my hair in a way that was not flattering to my face, but she had great recommendations and I love the finished product! I will definitely be back!

I went to Serendipity today after being referred from a friend. I needed an eyebrow wax done so I went in. The lady that did my eyebrows was nice but after I left I realized my right eyebrow was indented in far more than my left eyebrow. I am so upset.
