HORRIBLE customer service! I started going when Meaghan (who was AMAZING) was my stylist- and after she left I was referred to Noel (which was a fiasco in itself). Despite VERY specific notes about what needs to be done to get me hair right (My hair processes color funky) and despite a conversation pre-doing my hair, I left the salon with hair that I wasnt happy with. So they made me an appointment to go back three days later --they have a rule that if you come back within 3 days to fix something its free and the 3rd day was the earliest they could get me back in. So when I went back Noel wanted to argue with me about my hair, told me she didnt have time to fix my whole head (despite me already paying for my whole head). I was trying to be understanding and nice so I said I could come back later or the following week. She then informed me that if I had to come back she would have to charge me AGAIN! And then she said she was booked up and couldnt get me in anytime soon. Not my fault and shouldnt be my problem! She then proceeded to go back to the back room and while she was mixing my color, she was complaining about me to whomever was in the room with her. She then rushed through my hair, still didnt do the foiling or let it process correctly and I had to go somewhere else, pay someone else and have everything fixed. It was obvious she didnt want to fix it and it was obvious she didnt care about her clients wants or needs. I would stay away from this place, especially Noel.

If I could give zero stars I would. I dont think the girl that did my cut had ever cut hair before in her life. I did not see any cosmetology licenses displayed at the stations. Even if the girl was only doing a shampoo and blow dry, the shampoo was the weakest I have ever experienced at a salon. No massage, couldnt feel her fingers on my scalp at all, and took about 15 seconds. Ok, so maybe if the cut and shampoo were awful, at least the styling would be okay? NOT. My hair looked as flat and thin as if I had gone 5 days without a shampoo. I dont understand how this place can stay in business. Great Clips has far better stylists, if that tells you anything at all. Do not waste $35 on the blow outs; and do not think that if the blow out is $35, then a cut for $39 is a bargain...I wanted several inches off my hair, but ended up having her just trim my ends as I was so scared about how she held the scissors and fumbled around for equipment that she needed. YIKES!!

I took a leap of faith when I booked my first appointment. Dont let the fancy decor fool you like some other hip-looking salons out there. My experience with Go Glamorous in the last couple of months have been nothing short of perfect. The stylists Ive met and had services done with at this salon have been nothing but courteous and full of talent. They listen to your needs and concerns. Meaghan Emig does exceptional facial waxing services for both myself and my teenage daughters sensitive skin. The products for both waxing and hair are top of the line. Lately my hair has been going through a change with texture and color issues. Meaghans expertise with hair makes me feel very pampered and I leave 100% stylish and ready to show off. Im confident that Ill be a long-lasting client at Go Glamorous.

(She carefully walked me through a bad hair period) I even followed her over to Go Glamerous. She knows how to work with different hair textures so well that I also have her cut my childrens hair. My young son began coming to her when he had a botched haircut from a walk-in place. Meaghan was able to salvage his hair. Love my Meaghan Emig! Casey Jordan

I saw Megan for color and cut and am thrilled with the results. I hadnt colored my hair in 15 years (due to a bad experience with stripes), and Megan knocked it out of the park. I absolutely love the color and it is exactly what I was looking for. Not only does she listen very carefully to what you want, but shes extremely skilled at her trade. The salon is very appealing aesthetically and I cant think of a bad thing to say -- Ill be back in 8 weeks!

I was a little nervous about coming in since Ive never have had a blow out. I have really thick long curly hair and they did an amazing job. My hair is full and glamorous...I love it. Also got a pedicure that was super relaxing. All the girls were so nice!! Sipping on champagne and getting pampered...you cant go wrong with that!! Thank you Go Glamorous for such a great first time experience. Oh! And the decor and atmosphere is so Chic and stylish!

I LOVE going there! Noel is the best hair colorist in the area, I got gorgeous results and loved my cut too! And you are treated like a queen, like going to a spa. And my daughters all go there now. I am a dedicated and repeat customer. I know they also do make up, blow outs, and nails, and probably more. So glad Go Glamorous came to Turkey Creek, highest recommendations!

They hosted my daughters 7th birthday party! They were so pleasant to work with and the children all looked fabulous! It was such a cute party and they left out no details!! The girls all loved being pampered for the day. They did it all, from wash, blowout, and style their hair to mani/pedis for them too! Would definitely recommend for any age!

Andrew Cox does a wonderful job, I highly recommend him. He takes his time, and makes the experience very fun. The salon employees are professional and make the process easy. They offer many specials and discounts. Andrew did my hair a few weeks ago and it is by far the best my hair has ever looked. 5 stars for him!
