I was very impressed with the atmosphere as soon as I walked in the door. The staff were all very friendly. However, it was a horrible experience!!! Pedicure - The lady ripped the skin from my toe so hard that it started bleeding. I was in pain the whole time and she just acted like nothing happened. Gel Set - It was certainly an unique experience. The technician was training another employee without notifying me, and I was wondering why there was a person staring at my nails right next to me the whole time. Besides that, they were communicating in Vietnamese and that made it more awkward because I didnt understand what they were saying. The whole process seemed VERY rushed... I informed her that two of my nails were really brittle and chipped, and she didnt pay attention to my comment until she buffed the poor nails so hard that I exclaimed in pain. Also, they only put the acrylics on and didnt put on the gel! I questioned them about it and they said its a "new method" from Texas and thats why its so thin and natural. I did not enjoy the process at all and I felt like they were trying to rush me out of the door. I certainly will never go back again!!!

I wasnt really impressed with the service i got. I went with my daughter and we were asked to sit and she immediately was served. I sat there a good ten to fifteen minutes waiting. I thought her guy was who I was waiting on but to my surprise a lady came to me. She asked us if we would like a drink and i asked for a diet coke saw here pour a regular.she just wasnt there. She was sweet but as soon as we got started she left again. Meanwhile my daughter was getting meticulous treatment and I was getting a real rush job and the whole time she was looking over her shoulder...she may have been a manager and was needed elsewhere. My daughter remember started 15 minutes ahead of me and we finished nearly the same time. I got a French manicure she got a regular manicure. I probably will not be a regular here.

Oh my gosh I agree with Chen!! I have been there twice and this last time I asked twice for gel nails. He told me twice thats what he was doing but he put white tips on and acrylic. He never once used the light. Im a hairdresser and I have a little experience with nails so I know he didnt use gel but charged me for them!!! He also was extremely rude to me and when I asked of he could make them shorter he cut me off and said "I know". What a jerk!! I went there a year ago for my wedding and had forgotten about them cutting my cuticles to pieces I was in so much pain on my wedding day. Never going there again!!!!

My nail tech was very harsh and I ended up having an absessed finger. I tried going back to give them a second chance but they told me since I didnt come back within a couple of days of my finger being assessed that they wouldnt give me any credit. The guy looked at my finger and couldnt still see where the infection was but he clearly didnt care. I left there and I wont be coming back. I wouldnt recommend this nail salon to anyone. Too pricey and they dont care about treating customers fairly.

I was very surprised by some of the negative comments. I have been getting pedicures at Soho for over two years and have always received excellent service. I dont see one technician in particular, just whoever is available, and they have always been very kind and done a great job. I have recommended Soho Nails to several friends and they have good experiences as well.

Just finished receiving the pomegranate sugar scrub pedicure and refresher manicure and I must say this is the absolute best experience Ive ever had getting my nails and toes done, they have the best hospitality Ive ever seen in a nail shop. They truly take their time on you in very relaxing environment! I will definitely be returning!

Took my 5 year old daughter in for polish on both fingers and toes. The lady rushed and didnt give the time to my daughter as she gave adults. Decorations on both fingers and toes were smudged by the employee but didnt correct them. May be a good place but I felt as though my child wasnt given the same time and care as adults.

I told the lady who did my nails that I had a toenail that was about to fall off. I told her just to paint it that I had already cut it. She didnt listen she went right to that toenail and started digging at it. Part of it came off and she acted like it didnt happen! She completely ignored me when I said something to her about it.

Stay away!!! A friend of mine recently went and ended up with MERSA in her toe...she went in to explain the situation and asked for a refund. They gave her a gift card to go back!! Needless to say she wont be going back and neither will I! Stay away if you dont want an infection which could result in losing a toe!!!

Love the ambiance, hated the service. An apparently disgruntled nail tech argued with co workers the entire time. Yanking and swatting at my hands must be the norm at Soho Nails. As I made my exit I overheard a woman arguing the shape of Almond nails!? I left asking myself, "What in the world just happened?"

Very pleased with Soho nails - everyone I interacted there with was friendly and helpful, the salon itself appears to be very clean and tidy. It is a nicer atmosphere than most nail salons but very reasonably priced considering how nice it is. I will definitely be a customer as long as I am in the area.

Tommy and Tammy do an excellent job with this nail salon. Consistent high quality work and dedicated customer service. I have been to quite a few nail salons in the Farragut area, and they are by far the best I have ever experienced. Truely profressionals in their craft.

It is absolutely beautiful inside!! The staff is so nice, sweet, and friendly. This was my first time going to this nail salon, and I will definitely be returning! I loved it. It is so clean, classy and elegant inside. I got a gel manicure and it was perfect!

If you are looking to get your eyebrows done see Amy. Ive been going to her for several years and never go anywhere else. She leaves them thick with a great arch. Or thinner if you prefer. Great service every time though

Nice enthronement, but the nail techs are very rude! The wine was soured. I had been here many times before and had a fair to good experience, but I was really disappointed this time.
