JUST A WARNING TO EVERYONE THAT PURCHASES FROM ULTA: Im not one to usually post stuff like this on social media, but I feel the need to today. On Sept. 21, I made a purchase of $121.83 @ Ulta. They were having problems with the terminals that day so long story short, two days later I was double charged. I call Ulta and they inform me the problem was corporate wide and that I would have $121.83 in 7-10 days. No refund. Call back and I was told 3-5 days. No refund. Call back and I was told by Friday the 10th. Also asked for manager to call me back on the 7th which I am yet to hear from. So its the 10th and what do you know, I have NO REFUND. I call Ulta once again and this time I am told ALL refunds have been processed, that I need to call my bank. I call my bank, they have nothing showing Ulta has refunded them money to put in my account. I call Ulta back and I am told the best thing to do is for me to go to my bank and dispute the transaction with Ulta and I MAY get my money back. Really??? I dont believe Ive ever walked into Ulta and said, "Ok Im gonna get $121.83 worth of stuff and Ill pay you for it in 20 days or I MAY not." 20 days later, I am no where closer to getting my money back than I was when it happened. I understand glitches and mistakes happen, but this is RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE FOR A BUSINESS.

The salon at Ulta in Turkey Creek saved the day on my wedding day. Our hairstylist flaked on the day-of, and as it was a Sunday and a holiday weekend, most salons were closed. My bridesmaids had the brilliant idea to call Ulta, and they really came through! After our experience there I really wish we had just booked with them originally. The manager called in extra staff to accommodate me and my 6 bridesmaids. While the stylists could have - quite reasonably - been grumpy about being called in in the AM on their day off, they were all friendly and helpful. Me and my bridesmaids had a great time chatting with each other and the stylists, transforming what could have been a very stressful situation into a pleasant one. They got everyones hair done with plenty of time for me to get to my make-up appointment and for the bridesmaids to return to the hotel to do their make up and collect their dresses before we were due at the venue. Everyone got a different hairstyle, but they all looked great and held up well for the entire evening. I cannot recommend them enough for wedding parties!

What a waste of time! I have had nothing but horrible service from them- I first called to find out if they had a product, and though I know its an inconvenience to walk and check, the girl told me she would hold it for me until I got there- though she couldnt tell me the price unless I wanted her to "walk back there". When I finally got there, nothing was on hold, and the "only" items she had in stock were all wrong (barrel size for the beach waver). So, I purchased one myself, not before desperately seeking help from ANYONE with cologne, and no one could bother to assist. After checking out, the beachwaver didnt even come with what was advertised, so I returned it TWO days later, and have the receipt! Instead of refunding $137 LIKE the receipt says, they gave me back $32 on my card? I called to question it and they told me it wasnt their end, take it up with my bank. Im pretty sure there is a "trace" number for a reason. This is the largest group of laziest, unfriendly employees I have EVER encountered.

I despise the staff at this store. I have been in here on multiple occasions in which their shelves werent stocked and Ive received poor customer service. Everytime I ask one of the employees, they seemed inconvenienced and just say "oh yeah, were out of that". I even challenged an employee one time and asked if she could look in the locked drawer below where the product is sold. She just responded "no I cant do that because the manager is off today". Even their prices online are cheaper than what they have in the store. And again when an employee is asked about it, the response is " well thats online only". Not true. If its online only, it specifies online only special. I refuse to go back into that place. From now on I will be ordering online.

This is by far the worst Ulta I have ever been to ( been to around ten). Staff was extremely unhelpful, barely even noticed I was there. I know they mostly just dumb teenagers, but you could at least teach them to ask if a customer needs help. Then the girl ringing me up gave the wrong change and just told me to keep it, proceeded to take change out of her pocket and throw it in the drawer. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Recommend avoiding this Ulta at all cost.

I was in an extreme hurry but REALLY needed my Bare Minerals foundation. I walked in and was welcomed by an employee who asked if she could help. The store was clean and well stocked so I found my shade and was able to check out quickly. The staff was not high pressure which is nice when you are in a rush and need to get in and out. It was probably my fastest trip to Ulta but as always it was a good experience

The staff is very professional and kind and extremely helpful in all aspects. I can say from frequent experience that the employees genuinely care about every customers satisfaction when they leave. Very clean and organized. Sephora at west town is a joke compared to this Ulta. Absolutely no complaints. Plus there are lots of great deals and specials going on all the time here.

I didnt even make it to the store. I called to see if they could help me with a makeup purchase and they were very rude! The employee kept asking in a very rushed and mean voice "how long are you going to take and what are you wanting?" They didnt care about me at all. It was all about the sale. I do not recommend this place. I went to Sephora and they were EXTREMELY nice!

This Ulta has some of the WORST staff Ive ever come across. They are always extremely rude, and act like they are so much better than you. Every single one of them. I feel uncomfortable going in there but I have to force myself to go in there to get things I want. My self esteem is always lowered after leaving because they make me feel like less of a human being.

I cannot saw enough good things about Bethanny at the Salon and the Benefit Beauty Bar. All of the associates are so helpful, and they care virtually every brand you can imagine. The location at Turkey Creek allows me to get all of my shopping done and and look beautiful at the same time!
