Terrible service, particularly dont ask the hair stylist called Lay!!!! I went Park Juns today morning, and this hair stylist presented me the worst memory in hair salon. I dont even wanna mention about the poor hair cut she made (thank you very much LAY, by the way!). But what I couldnt stand was that she KEPT scratching my scalp with her nails even after I told her that it was too hurt. It was about 7 hours ago, and my scalp feels very tender. Right after applying conditioner to my hair, maybe after 5 seconds later, she said its done. I checked my hair and back of the neck and found that conditional was still left on my skin. I had to ask her to wash my hair again. I have very thin and weak hair, so I asked her not to dry my hair but she said that it was necessary so that she could check if my hair cut was done properly. It took forever for her to torture my hair with that dryer. It sounds silly, but actually drying my hair took MUCH MORE TIME than cutting. I dont think this place is really bad in general, but if you go there, dont ask your hair cut to Lay. You will ruin your day. ------ 이 미용실이 나쁘다고 생각 안해요. 하지만 레이 라는 미용사한테 맡기지는 마세요. 부디요. 헤어컷은 10분도 안돼서 끝나고 (제 머리 기장이 어깨를 넘었고, 숱이 많았는데도 말이죠), 샴푸할때는 아프다고 하는데도 손톱으로 할퀴면서 하더니, 린스는 바르자마자 물로 몇번 헹구지도 않고 다 끝났다고 하더군요. 제가 기가 막혀서 다시 잘 감아달라고 하니까, 다른 직원이랑 눈을 맞추면서 어이없어 하더군요. 손톱으로 할퀴는건 여전하구요. 제가 두피를 꼼꼼히 관리하는 편이라서, 저도 손가락으로 열심히 두피를 마사지하면서 씻는편인데, 이 사람은 손톰으로 정말 박박 긁으면서 샴푸를 해대서, 지금도 머리가 아픕니다. 샴푸때부터 제가 기분나쁜티를 팍팍내서 그런지는 몰라도, 드라이는 한 20분 넘게 해주더군요. 드라이 안해주셔도 된다고 했더니, 스타일링을 한다음에 머리를 다시 손봐야 한다나? 그렇게 뜨거운 바람으로 머리를 신나게 고문하더니, 다시 손보는둥 마는둥 완성이 됐다고 하더군요. 너무 실망입니다. 팁도 안줄려고 하다가, 불쌍해서 주고 왔습니다. 미용실에 웃으면서 들어갔는데, 나올때는 아주 화가 머리끝까지 나서 나왔습니다. 정말 최악이에요.

its been a month and a few weeks since I got my ombre and let me tell u, they messed up so badly. like I showed the guy a pic of what I wanted and I told him I didnt want lines and he did my hair in the beginning then he had to do an old ladys hair so he let the 2 other workers who were female to take over my hair and he didnt tell them to not make lines. at the 2nd to 3rd transition (3 colors), since my ends had bleach in them the 2 women just flat ironed my hair to make the color lighter faster and also speed the process. they didnt even blend it like with a brush or with hands or anything they just flat ironed it over and over again then washed it out and I told my mom to take a pic of my hair and when I saw it, it was HIDEOUS. hated it so much. was in a bad mood bc of it. and the guy and my mom said the line will fade (um lines dont fade magically and make it blended and gorgeous. no. the lines will still be there no matter what.) I see white girls at my school walk around with a so called "ombre" (in which they just dye their hair 1 color and say boom its ombre HAHA no u can see a line from the darkness to lightness its ugly) but the guy told me to come back if it was still there and my mom doesnt want to go back bc she said the line will fade ._. honestly if the guy did my hair I think it would be better and like r the hair stylists there even trained to know that wHEN YOU DO OMBRE ITS GRADUAL. THEY SHOULD ALREADY KNOW THAT LINES DONT LOOK GOOD ON SOMEONE AND WHO WOULD EVEN ASK FOR LINES ON AN OMBRE. OH YEA. NO ONE. u call this a professional hair salon when u dont even know wht ombre is lmaoo maybe this hair salon is professional at cutting hair or styling hair or dyeing hair fully but for balayage or ombre haha nope

Just like other people mentioned, i hate the service. The old lady who did my hair was so mean, she tried to do my hair so fast that she did not even talk to me. And after getting my hair shampooed, she was cutting someone eless hair. And they give you only a half cup of coffee. 서비스 안좋았습니다. 손님들이 많아서 저 머리해준사람은 빨리빨리 하려고 했고 굉장히 무례하다고 생각합니다.

Cookie is an awesome stylist. Walked out looking like Jay Park. Price is a bit steep but thats because of the quality haircuts. Been coming here for half a year. One time I went to a different salon because I was out of the area and I regretted it.
