I had a very bad experience with the salon. The hairstylist did a very bad job on my hair. She was very underconfident and kept going to get second opinion. Was very slow and she missed a whole chunk of hair while putting colour in. She couldnt wax my upper lip and cut me in 5 places. Why would they assign me with someone whos not trained? I want a refund because I ended up blow drying my own hair coz my stylist didnt know how to do it.

Came here two days ago after making an appointment 2 hours before after getting my hair done somewhere else and he completely ruined it. I needed to get it fixed and VEE is the lady who did my hair and she was great! Fixed My hair exactly how I wanted and stayed until after close to finish it. I walked out very happy. She knew exactly what she was doing. Did everything I asked for and more. Love her...definitely going back.

Came out with platinum roots and orange/brown/copper hair .... it was supposed to be blonde. They didnt put a toner on my roots before doing my hair and since Im a natural blonde my roots took the dye too well while the rest didnt. They had the nerve to tell me it looked good. I paid upwards of $200 for something I didnt even want but I wont be going back ever.

I love my hair!!!! Its not all that often I leave the hair salon loving my hair but now that I have found Shellie at Regis I LOVE my hair!!!!!!! Every time I go in she listens and works her magic. Ask for Shellie she rocks!!!!!

Never get your eyebrows done here the lady had no clue how to wax them, and them very short in the front. Now my brows have to regrow where Ive been growing them for years. Never get any type of waxing here.
