I went in for a consultation and told the stylist that I want to do a purple umbra, I made sure to tell her that my hair has been dyed black couple of time. She said no problem we can bleach it so the purple will definitely show. I trusted her and booked an apt I went to get my hair done we bleached it and dyed it.... It turned out no where near purple it literally turned out brownish redish, Im like ........??????? So she asked me to come back so she can do a color correction, I said fine, left work that day early to get my hair to that "purple umbra" that I wanted, so heres what she did she used some kind of color removal, (promised me that this will not damage my hair what so ever) I trusted her and went along with it, 30 minutes later we raised it out and my hair is still how it was before the color removal.... Thats when I started freaking out, all I was getting out of this is absolutely damaging my hair and a waste of time..... After that she asked the other stylist what should she do, (felt like she was experimenting on me) then she used some other color removal, (which she shouldnt have because, you are not suppose to use bleach and color removal in the same week) 30 minutes later she put the purple hair dye, we washed it and guess what... still no purple showing. All I got out of this is plan rudeness, waste of time and waste of money, if you are not knowledge with hair coloring, please dont ruin peoples hair, just stick to hair cuts. She couldnt even do a simple blow dry to my hair. Worse experience ever, now I am stuck with damaged hair and spots of purple and spots of redish/brown I went to ask for my money back, she said to me that my hair is purple so she shouldnt give me my money back, and that she wasted tons of money and 8 hours on my hair... I was like are you kidding me? Im left with damaged hair and your over here telling me you shouldnt give me my money back because you spent 8 hours doing it? What a joke.

I went yesterday for a day at the spa. Had a mani/pedi, haircut, deep tissue massage, eyebrow wax and facial. Everyone was great! I had a fun, relaxing day. I plan to go back in the near future.
