I went through Suburban because I had Geico, and I thought it would be the easiest way to get repairs to my Durango completed after a minor collision. Although the outer repairs were fine, except for a ding that I asked them to fix and they didnt, the inner repairs were never addressed. I told them I was having transmission problems, and my dealership said that transmission repairs were needed also as a result of the collision. When they sent my Durango to the dealer after they completed the exterior repairs, Suburban only told the dealer to add transmission fluid. No repairs were ever completed. When I picked up my car and asked how this could be, the man at suburban said - it just needed fluid and incorrectly stated that my dealership was in agreement. Thus, a few months later, my car had the same transmission leaking and issues caused by the accident. While I was out of town, my father brought my car to a local auto repair place to try to help me out, not knowing about the previous lack of service at Suburban and accident issue. He paid over $800 to have the repairs completed. When I went back to Suburban and Geico asking them why they neglected to make the inner repairs, Suburban basically just said "oops, our fault" for asking the dealership to just add fluid instead of having them repair the vehicle. Suburban also kept money Geico paid them for the tow to their shop that I paid for, and I had to prove with my receipt and credit card statement that I actually paid for the tow to get my money back from Suburban. Meanwhile, the auto service place my dad took the car to said they dont know about the accident and cant confirm that the transmission damage was caused by it. My dealership thought it was absurd that I was trying to go around and get proof of the neglect because they said it shouldve been Geico on the case, and that the damage was absolutely caused by the collision months before because they had looked at the car and advised me to file the claim. I was out almost $1000 between the tow and eventual repairs. I got a check for the tow from Suburban, but Im still out over $800. It is really frustrating that the only reason I am out of this money is because Suburban didnt ask the dealer to make repairs to the vehicle when they sent it over, and just told them to fill it with transmission fluid. I left Geico too and have Allstate now. Apparently, you pay if you try to use the Geico service center recommended by Geico. It is supposed to make it easier, but it turns out it was just costlier.

Hello, I just picked up my 2010 Chevrolet silverado from the Dover center Road shop, I am very dissatisfied with my experience. First of all 2 weeks for the extent of my repairs is completely unacceptable, I was scheduled to pick up my truck July 8th and it was pushed back to the 9th because " The paint is still drying"... I received NO call on the 8th to let me know that it was going to be pushed back, luckily I called before leaving work early to pick it up. The lack of communication was really surprising. When I first entered my truck I noticed that there was trash in my center console and on the floor of my truck, coffee cups, sandwich bags, balled up tape and plastic with paint all over it. When I started my truck I found that i had lights going off on my dashboard display.... ABS light is on, Service Stabilitrack, Service traction control, absolutely NONE of these lights or warning were on when I dropped my truck off. The lack of professionalism was mind blowing, I absolutely will not stand for this and demand some type of resolution, I dont understand how fixing a dent/scratch can lead my truck to now have mechanical issues.

I had a front bumper repair done about a year and a half ago, which went very smoothly and on time. Now it is time for the lease end, and I had a few scratches on the driver door, I called Surburban, I was told to bring the car in, the next morning for an expection. When I got there a technician was called from tje shpo area, he looked at and told me ,he would do what he could... well 10 minutes later he brought my car back and YOU COULD NOT TELL THERE WAS A SERIES OF SCRATCHES ON THAT DOOR!!! The staff and technicians at Suburban Auto, are beyond professional, the waiting area is very comfortable and they definitely do the very best auto body work, in the area! I would highly recommend this business!

Should be stripped of any "Tesla Certified" marker, and investigated. My Tesla Model X was in Suburban for some work with a wheel and adjustments. Im in Toledo, two hours away, so I kindly asked Tesla if they would check it to make sure all is fine. I get a call saying Suburban didnt put the battery to my X on correctly, which caused it to go up in SMOKE. Suburbans insurance covered it, but it ruined my car. Stay clear from these CLOWNS, there is another "Tesla Certified" shop in Ohio now anyway, good riddance garbage body shop!

I had a great experience. I had a minor fender-bender. Not only did they fix that, but they buffed-out other areas that needed it. My car looks great! Thank you!

They told me I needed a new door. When my insurance prodded them to fill the door they changed their tune. Dishonest.
