First of all, they kept my car too long for the minor damage it had. Called by Maaco, 3-times that car was ready and it was NOT- not satisfied Finally, received a 6-month old only owner 2015 car OVER-SPRAYED on body, windows, inside the vehicle, and marks on the side car was repaired that was not there. Said, car was protected (taped up with paper)- that was false information. Advised by car dealership to take back to Maaco because of 1-warranty- but I hesitate because I do not trust that the work will be done correctly and I am again without my car for another three-weeks. I received my car in terrible condition, very, very, unhappy with the "the crew" that touched my brand new vehicle. Unhappy Costumer,

With a family and five cars to look after, over the years have regrettably used Spartanburg Maaco on too many occasions. They have done everything from collision to bumper painting to touch up. They even painted the deck of my John Deer tractor. On every occasion they have done a good job,and I have been well satisfied with their service, professional manner and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend. Patrick, their service writer is both technically knowledgeable professional to deal with .

Over charged from original quote, terrible paint job, claims I would have to pay extra for them to fix messed up spots. If I pay $1230 for them to fix and paint my car I expect a pristine paint job! Will not Ever go back!! Even spoke with corporate office still no resolve! Also said it would be ready in 4-5 days and it took them 9 days! Very unsatisfied customer!!!!

Patrick at Marco was extremely easy to deal with and professional the paint and body team did a excellent job on my black Tahoe painting the whole car with a base/ clear I get many compliments and Im a particular on good paint work.
